Nestled away in the forest in the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec for a break away from the hectic life. It is about an hour north of Montreal through winding roads located beside Lac Morency. Spectacular setting. Many cottages, also a hotel-like building too. Outdoor & heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts and all that a resort has to have.... More

A weekend getaway in the Laurentians. Even off season, this is a beautiful setting. The rooms are very well maintained. Would like to return in the winter to cross country ski. Great restaurant and incredible wine list (toured the wine cellar). If you include the breakfast in your package its a pleasant little buffet to start your day. The staff... More

Great location, amazing views, friendly and knowledgable staff, lots to do energetic or not, RELAXING full service spa and a decadent restaurant with an extensive wine cellar. Our two bedroom condo was also well appointed in all ways. Great week and weather was amazing, swam 2nd day and again 6th day in the lac, quite chilly on 6th day but... More

I read some of the reviews before I went to this resort: bad idea. The reviews do not come close to the spectacular accommodations of this little gem! The staff were absolutely phenomenal and really made this stay unforgettable. The units are so charming with their chalet appeal and gorgeous views. I will definitely be heading back there!

We were here through an RCI exchange (Club Geopremiere) with Wyndham points. It was a one bedroom unit, with a small kitchen/dining/living room area downstairs and bedroom (double bed?)/bathroom upstairs. No dishwasher. The area, about 40 miles north of Montreal, is beautiful. The trees became more beautiful every day. This is a north woods, cottage type of place. Maybe there... More

I visited in September 2014 with a friend who has a timeshare. It's a quaint place located in the lovely country side. The views of the mountains and the lake are absolutely beautiful. This is a quiet place, great for rest and relaxation.

We stayed at the resort in a Comfort Plus room for 3 nights and had a great experience. The resort is on a beautiful lake, which is very private and has beautiful views. The rooms were renovated and nicely appointed with flat screen tv/fridge/lounge area etc. The exterior of the building we were in needed a slight refresh but the... More

Pool was closed 2 out of 3 days we were there. The unit needed some love. Tiles lifting in downstairs bathroom. Carpet old. Beds were so so. Old fashioned bedspreads and no fitted sheets. No laundry in units. Had to pay on site. They wanted you to inventory all the kitchen ware and you were charged if not there. The... More

This was our second stay at Lac Morency. We were there 2 years ago for a 1-week summer vacation and decided to go back since we loved it the first time. Very condusive for a holiday with a toddler. The second time was more of a luke-warm experience. We found that things had gone down hill over time. Furniture seemed... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week in November 2013. It is a quiet time of year and between seasons. We still had a wonderful week. We stayed in a 1 bedroom up on the hill. The accommodations were very nice with a large bathroom and a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size... More
