Weather was getting bad, so we stopped earlier than expected. The Econolodge was just off the highway. Everything was fine--room clean, service acceptable, fairly quiet. There is a potentially noisy bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, but given the weather, it was not busy. The place is more of a motel than hotel and we parked outside our room and entered... More

our room was spacious, gleaming clean and very well priced. We paid $89. This includes wifi which is relatively speedy and painless to access. The beds are very comfy. Nice big tub in the bathroom. This is a modern place with little character, but is really a great place to stay and explore the area.

This is a dandy place to stay if you want a very reasonably priced overnight stay. We parked right outside our room on the main floor. The staff were bilingual and friendly. The hotel seems to have been bought from a private operator, as some of the info about the hotel refers to its former name. New laminate floors (not carpets)... More

We stayed there over night during our drive from Ontario to PEI. We paid 124 Dollars for a double bed in a very medium level room. For the money they charge, the place was not worth it at all. Very basic continental breakfast. The hotel is located right on the highway, so for our purposes, it was fine. I would... More

there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place at all. In a small town where accommodations are limited I always worry that I wont get a decent place to stay. Not the case here.....it was absolutely awesome. sparkling clean....no mildew or anything....nothing was run down or worn out....it was a pet friendly room so that worried me too but it... More

This hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were in a room on the 1st floor just near the heated pool, irresistible. Our stay was most enjoyable and we would stay here again. It ticked all the boxes.

We have been on the road for twelve days and this hotel is the best so far. Everything from check in, parking, room size and cleanliness to the the staff and breakfast area was far above what we have had, especially for the price. This was actually the lowest price for any one of the twelve places we have stayed.... More

I reviewed this hotel 2 years ago and promised myself never to return. However, the price for one night fitted our budget this year, so we went. What a surprise, many renovations were done to the reception area, the rooms were updated and clean. The common area were nice, bright and clean, what an improvement. Personnel was professional and helpful.... More

I didn't know if I was going to stop here because I wanted to push right through from Toronto to Halifax but I'm sure glad I did. Room was large, clean and beautifully renovated. The building likewise. People were friendly and the price was reasonable. The location was also easy to get to off the highway. It is also pet... More

Stop overnight on our way to Halifax and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean and seem recently renovated. Staff were very accommodating and nice, even though we could not speak French. The price was good, but the wine in the vending machine was very overpriced. : ) The breakfast could use some food that is allergy friendly, as... More
