This is my first review ever. This place is terrible. Like the earlier review, nobody was there to greet us. We had to call a 1-800 number to see the owner. The place looks like a mess. It is so old that you should be afraid. The stairs are dangerous. The risk of a fire is to be considered. The... More

The Bellerive is, shall we say basic. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Like others, we had to really work to find a staff to let us in, and we were upset to discover when we came down for dinner that they were not expecting anyone and there was no chef and no food. It turned out well, we... More

This inn was a very disappointing way to end a long day of biking. My husband and I expected at least some hospitality in the way of a host to great us, instead we had to phone a 1-800 number in order to speak with the owner and receive directions to our room. The entire inn is in desperate need... More

We booked a night with them, showed up, and the place looked like a tornado had hit. Dirty appearance. Smelled of mildew. ALL ROOMS WERE UNLOCKED! NO STAFF ON THE PREMISES! The pool was bone-dry and not cleaned. The yard was unkempt and not manicured. The food amenities were boardered up. Did I mention that there was NO STAFF ON... More

Our first stop on the P'tit Train du Nord and we enjoyed the meal that came with the package. Good hearty food at supper and for breakfast as well. The location and hot tub added to the experience. The room was sufficient for our purposes and was clean. The only drawback was a musty ordor in the room and main... More

True, it is in some need of renovation but the overall experience was wonderful. The location on the lake could not be more beautiful. After biking 35 miles from Mont Laurier we enjoyed a very good homemade pizza on the lakefront deck. A 5-course dinner, part of the reasonable package, was utterly amazing–large choice, fresh and reasonably light cooking for... More

We cycled the 200 km bike trail through the Laurentians, on Le Petit Train du Nord. We did three overnight stays and Auberge Villa Bellerive was one of the best places to stay. Beautiful waterfront property with full access to the lake for swimming or boating (free use of kayaks, canoes, pedalboats), a lovely heated outdoor pool, hot tub overlooking... More

Hotel looks wonderful from the outside. Setting is lovely. The hot tub was fine. But the rooms are in dire need of a make over. Our room had a king bed but only decorative pillows, a thin spread, and worn towels. The shower rack in the bathroom had been torn out of the wall. There was a hole in the... More

We (3 couples) stayed at Auberge Villa Bellerive on the first night of our bike trip on Le Petit train du Nord. What a beautiful spot and right on the trail! The third floor rooms were bright, clean and good sized if a bit dated. The food was superb with a five course fixed price dinner and generous breakfast. Maybe... More

As said in the other comments, The place is well located on the side of Lac Nominingue. We reserve almost the whole villa as we were a big group which was about half adults and half kids. We visit their website where, as per the pictures, it seems to be a attractive and welcoming place. There was different rooms for... More
