We stayed at Le Royal Champetre in June 2014 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. I have a lot of food allergies and Brigitte was wonderfully accommodating. It was so nice to be served a delicious breakfast and not have to worry about what was in it. Brigitte... More

A part of me wants to give a really bad review so that this place would be free whenever we want to return. BUT, I will be honest with you. There is not much that this wonderful B&B lacks. The rooms are tastefully decorated, each in a unique style; the beds are comfy. The house feels like a home from... More

The couple that run this lovely home are just excellent. Brigitte and Christophe were just awesome hosts. The house is beautiful and very clean. They set us up in a lovely room and the breakfast was homemade and diffrent everyday, we were there for 4 nights and 3 days. We enjoyed our stay at Le Royal Champetre. Brigitte was attentive, friendly and professional. The room was nice with a small but adequate bathroom. The view from the diningroom was beautiful and the breakfast was very good.

We spent three nights. Quiet, scenic location and amazing view. Nice, clean, cozy room with comfy bed. Breakfast is all about nice kitchen, plates and napkins but not food. You cannot even touch microwave to heat something. The reason I gave three star because from the moment you step in to the property, you have to follow rules strictly otherwise... More

We are sorry to read about your disappointment. We are very much attentive to each of our clients. The B&B is classified as "4 suns" by a official organization from the Tourism Industry. Therefore we have criteria to follow in order to respect this classification. Hygiene is important in different aspect when you receive guests everyday. Here are some of... More

I selected this gite based on the reviews that I read here and I am pleased to tell you that it lives up to its fine reputation! The owners are young and hospitable. Brigitte is an amazing cook who prepares Euro style breakfasts like the French fruit tart I had this morning or yesterday's strata. I brought my bicycle and... More

Brigitte and her husband Christophe go well above and beyond to ensure exemplary customer service to their clients. Prices are very reasonable and Brigitte is very knowledgeable about local activities and events, asking us each day what we were interested in doing and providing us with suggestions, going so far as to arrange bookings. Unique breakfasts are served with a... More

We have visited Le Royal Champetre three times before on several occasions for skiing and in the summer for a biking trip. Every time we think of visiting Quebec, its our first choice. My friend and I visited this weekend for skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne. Phillipe and Corinne were very accommodating. We were driving in from Toronto on Friday and... More

Perfect stop just outside of Quebec, to visit Montmorency waterfalls, Ile d'Orleans, Quebec itself... The French owners are very friendly, their house is quite recent. We had the Eliot room (marine theme): private bathroom, access to a common balcony, not very spacious but sufficient, clean and a beautiful view on the Saint-Laurent. The breakfast is original and good.
