My friend booked Andy's as she had stayed here previously. She was not sure how I would feel. I just loved this unusual B & B and mostly because of the kindness of Andy. We had a twin room upstairs and shared a bathroom, which was never a problem. Andy provided breakfast; as we were staying a week we shopped... More

This was our sixth visit to PEI in the past twenty years and was booked thru a friend. Our group had the entire home for a week and was very different than any previous accommodation. The location is spectacular and offers short drives to Rustico, Cavendish and Kensington. Our room was basic and clean with a bath next to the... More

I called the place as we came over the bridge and they were able to accommodate the 4 of us. We were given a large room with a view of Doyle's Cove and Andy's land based House Dory!. What a lovely unique place. Andy and the manager Mica? are just great. The other guests when we there were fun and... More

This inn is located right on Doyle’s Cove, and offers a beautiful view from the back porch. It is close to beaches, hiking trails and a kayaking place. There is a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed chatting with Andy and Kasumi, the assistant working there for the summer, and with the other guests. A continental breakfast is provided. For other... Excellent place from which to see PEI. The location is great and the view is wonderful. Homey 1930's house and interesting personality. I hope to go again and stay longer. We stayed 5 days and slept great. Shared bathroom was close by and easy at night. Simple breakfast of Juice, Coffee and toast and jam but with the shared kitchen... More

So...this is definitely not the place for people seeking a super-polished hotel-like experience -- the rooms and bathrooms are not exactly super-clean and there are no plush pillows. The Contintental breakfast is when Andy makes some toast. But...the setting is stunning (the best of any hotel we saw in PEI save Dalvay) -- it is right on the coast, whereas... More

As you can see by the photos the location and view were amazing. If that is all that matters to you -you will love Andy's Surfside Inn. We had a downstairs room with a private bath. There was an antique bedroom set; the glass topped bedside tables were filthy dirty and there was a plastic bag tied to the bed... More

We had a great time at this Inn. We needed a few rooms and we're able to find them here at a great price. Right on the ocean too. Wonderful character in this place.

The host Andy was very friendly and hospitable. The property had great views of the water and was close to beaches, trails and attractions. Good “no frills” price, but you get what you pay for. Accommodations were quite adequate and met our needs, but lacked polish and refinement. Though the Property is full of charm and character, it is dated.... More

As we're heading down the coast of Prince Edward Island, our GPS is telling us we are almost to our destination, Andy's Surfside Inn. "Where could It be?" I ask. With such beautiful sights and fresh smells, it was hard to believe that any place could possibly exist out here. Sure enough, the GPS was right. As we approached the... More
