Very nice setting. Super clean rooms and bath. Glenn was so very helpful. Before we arrived he had told us every great spot to visit on the island and what to avoid. Saved us a lot of time to see everything we expected. Joan and Glenn are excellent hosts and the breakfast was great and definitely a highlight. Glenn makes... More

We booked this on line without knowing the area. Glenn and Joan are amazing hosts, and sent us off each morning with great pointers as to where to explore and what to see. We stayed 4 nights, and wished we could have stayed longer - breakfasts were highly imaginative and beautifully presented. At the end of each day we felt... More

Stayed two nights June 19th and 20th, 2013. Originally had booked for one night, but a change in schedule required two, and Glenn was very good about arranging an extended stay on relatively short notice. We had arranged with Glenn for a full day birding tour for the morning of the 20th. We arrived in the evening and were treated... More

Wonderful hosts, amazing breakfasts, great room, beautifully decorated. Very clean and bright. Glen and Joan had lots of valuable information on places to visit and especially places to eat, the best. I would rate this place 6 stars out of 5.

We visited 5 different B&B's whilst travelling the Maritimes. This lovely, secluded, peaceful bit of heaven was the absolute highlight. Joan and Glenn were born to be B&B hosts. Their attention to detail concerning running Country Charm shows in everything. The beds are comfy, the rooms are a great size - everything is very clean and bright. The food, you... More

This is the perfect B&B for an easy relaxing trip to PEI. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. Glenn and Joan are the sweetest people. They will give you recommendations on things to do, and we had great chats over breakfast. Their breakfast is AMAZING. We would come back for that alone! They... More

We had plenty of room for our family of three in the loft suite. Comfy bed for mom and dad, good sized sofa bed for our teenager. The ceiling fan and window fan combination kept the air circulating nicely. The grounds are beautiful, too. We spent the first afternoon in a pedal boat on the lake behind the house. Glenn... More

The Country Charm B&B at Murray Harbour, PEI, was a nice experience before boarding an early ferry to Nova Scotia the next morning. The 20-acre property is definitely secluded, and very quiet. You could open the window and enjoy fresh air, and get a great sleep. The room was nicely furnished. Although it was summer, it was rather cold that... More

Glenn & Joan truly live up to their motto "A place where there are no strangers just friends we haven’t met"!! Their hospitality is beyond measure, we felt like family.... and Glenn's helpful tips on touring the island were a tremendous bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Diane & Paul

I know that you were interested in the Birding tour and I am sorry that you felt the cost was too high. We feel that we do provide good value with the tours. A half day tour with two people is $85 per person and the tour usually lasts for 41/2 to 5 hours. It includes the transportation, a professional... More
