A beautiful historic estate once owned by Dr Best and his family who discovered insulin. Beautiful rooms, period antiques, super fireside breakfast. Only 25 minutes from Charlottetown, the islands capital. The inns property borders the Confederation Trail on one side and the Cardigan Bay on the other. After looking through the Prince Edward Island visitors guide we saw that this property is the only Canada Select 5 star rated inn on the eastern side of the island. A must visit. We are coming back for a longer stay next summer!!!!!!!!!!!!
