Very clean and newly renovated. The hotel is about as centrally located as you can get in downtown Wellington, in what looks like an old newspaper building. Walking distance from shops, restaurants and a couple of pubs. Our room came with a small kitchenette which could have proven useful if we had stayed for an extended period of time (the... More

We stayed two nights and were thrilled. Beautiful modern decor but with a real warmth, friendly and helpful staff, great location with grocery next door and several restaurants just several steps away, close to many wineries and a nice art gallery 40 steps away. Two large, modern TVs, nice couch area, great kitchenette with several coffee makers and milk and... More

My husband and I stayed in the King Suite of this unusual "hotel" in early September for 3 nights. The Newsroom Suites building is set back from the road about 40' and the building looks a little run down from the outside and is easy to miss. There is a 3-car angled gravel parking lot at the front left side,... More

Better than expected. Lovely and clean, big TVs, fridge with milk and cream, good location; across the street from restaurants and next to a grocery store, and a lovely bathroom...I wanted to take the bath home with me!

We stayed for two nights in suite #3 which was one the main floor. It was a great room, very clean, large bathroom, king bed with a very comfortable mattress and the small fridge and eating area was handy. Located next to a grocery store and across the street from East & Main and Pomodero, you can park your car... More

I love staying at the Newsroom Suites. I return every year and always have had a wonderful stay. They are so accommodating and friendly and we always enjoy our time there. The beds are so comfortable and I love the hand crafted local soaps!

We stayed for two nights in suite one. The purpose of our trip was to visit people who live in nearby Belleville. My overall rating takes into account the room and service in relation to the price. Our suite was expensive: $195 per night. For comparison purposes, we have stayed several times in Belleville's Fairfield Inn & Suites (a Marriott... More

My husband and I spent six nights at this lovely property, in town for a season-ending hockey championship. Everything about our King Suite (#3) was perfect for a longer stay, with the kitchenette being fully equipped for convenience. The owners, Kathleen and Rick, have taken great strides to ensure a fabulous stay. We were spoiled silly with the luxurious Turkish... More

Stayed again in the King Suite at Newsroom Suites and like previous visits enjoyed the stay immensely. Room comes equipped with a nice kitchenette, fresh coffee beans with milk and cream in the fridge, a very comfortable King size bed and nicely finished bathroom. Nice location for visits to the wineries and just across the street from two fine restaurants,... More

We had booked a suite at this property through a Booking website. When we arrived, the owner advised that due to a massive rain storm a few days earlier, the roofing company would be on site at 9:00 a.m. As the suites are on the top floor, this would have been rather inconvenience as this was a special occasion for...
