Lady promised it was wheelchair accessible. It is not even close to that, very steep hill with loose gravel and stairs at bridge. She was rude and refused refund because we went beyod the gate. Bridges were neat but being lied to just to get our money is not acceptable.

We stopped here as a family for a fun adventure. When we found out it cost $20 just to pass the gate, plus an extra $50 to zipline some of us decided it wasn't worth it. The incredibly rude lady at the gatehouse wouldn't even let us walk to a clearing to take pictures without paying $20 each. An extra... More

We stopped here because it seemed like a good way to see Eagle Canyon without taking a lot of risks. The lady who took the money - $40 - drove us up the hill to the first bridge. That was nice! We walked across both bridges and did not do the zip line. We walked down via the stairs. It... More

I went to Eagle Canyon at the end of May. After checking in and paying at the desk, you climb a large hill which leads you to the first bridge. The views were beautiful, and walking across the bridges provided just the right amount of excitement. The walking path is a nice loop with some beautiful scenery. Quite a few... More

You can see views that are as nice and even nicer elsewhere. The woman who worked at the main gate was not helpful and very rude. The zipline isn't worth the money. Won't ever be back, won't ever even consider recommending it to anyone else. Definitely not worth the drive from town.

Granted, it is not as nice as Ouimet Canyon. However, it is still worth the detour in my opinion. In regards to the staff, as almost everybody else points out, is horrible. I loved my trip to Thunder Bay and it may be because everybody is so nice and polite but the rudeness of the people at Eagle Canyon was... More

My two children, ages 9 and 16, and I, just came back from a 2 week road trip from Winnipeg to Toronto. We like to stop and sightsee along the way, so when we saw the highway signs for this attraction, we followed. The sign gets you off the highway, and you travel awhile before getting there. My youngest needed... More

Terrible staff, very rude and not friendly at all. When my friend and I visited the park, there was maybe only 3 other people there. We didn't even get a smile or a friendly gesture. It was like the only thing they cared about was getting our money. Firstly, you can only use the parks washrooms if you buy something,... More

I must start off by saying that this is the first review I have ever written, but this experience was so bad that I just had to write something. THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. There was exactly ONE man who was at all welcoming or kind, and he is the older owner of the place. Other than him, the lack of... More

The owners/operators of this place are horrible. The lady at the desk was the worst. Impatient, rude, attitude through the roof! She shoved paper at us, took money, ran quickly through the map and basically told us to get out. If there was a ride up the hill, we didn't hear about it. We did enjoy the walk over the... More
