Went here to get some pizza to cure the late night munchies. The pizza was average. Nothing special. The wait was around 10-15 minutes. Service was otherwise friendly. Crabby Andy isn't as Crabby as his business says he is.

So we show up at the hotel/motel to a very welcoming front desk clerk, Very kind young employee. Get the keys to only realize we don't need them... All the doors in the hallway were wide open. After settling in and turning on the smallest tv (from the early 1990s) we sat back on the beds and began to try... More

Finally got around to writing this review. It was winter and we had to stop over in Nipigon over night as we had an appointment to view a home we were looking at to buy. This was the closest we saw to Red Rock where he had to be in the morning and since it also had a restaurant it... More

Our office has a project here in Nipigon. Although I am staying at an another establishment. My co-worker and I decided to eat here since we have been to two other restaurants the past week. We both ordered the specials of the day, my co-worker had the hot hamburg steak and I had 3 cheese tortellini. When we received our... More

it was getting later and the first few places we tried were full. This is not the prettiest looking place from the outside and inside well...........keeps constant. If it was not so far to Thunder bay we would have driven straight through. Money only goes so far but a makeover is needed here. Would a bathroom door that closed properly... More

My husband and I travel several times a year from Sunderland to Winnipeg and have often stayed at Grey Rocks. Sure, it's an older, historical Inn, still requiring some updates, but each room is unique and more importantly, exceptionally clean and fairly priced. Our repeat visits allowed us to meet the NEW OWNERS, Megan and Andrew, two of the nicest... More

No matter how tired you are, do NOT stay here!!! We were travelling home from a trip to Kenora and stopped here around 8:00pm. The other motels were booked so we took what we could get at the Grety Rock Inn & Bistro. I wish we had kept driving to the next town, regardless how far away it was. Although... More
