My wife & I have stayed here twice, in June 2013 & June 2014, while visiting family in the area. Both visits were great, very comfortable beds, excellent service by front desk and housekeeping staff. One mis-booked room (we require an accessible room) was corrected immediately. The restaurant (Allison's) serves a very good meal, both breakfasts and dinners. The 2... More

I spend on average 160 nights in hotels a year and this property isn't a PLUS hotel its an AVERAGE hotel. Overpriced for what you get for sure. Staff at check-in were very pleasant, at check out like robots. Went to the bar in the evening to chat with a colleague. Only ordered coffee and bartender then pretty much ignored... More

We had our wedding in Milton recently, and picked the Best Western to book our hotel block with. By the end of the wedding, we had nicknamed them the "Worst Western" because it seemed much more accurate. Rooms: are nothing amazing, but relatively comfortable and clean. My parents had to change rooms due to an overwhelming smoke smell. They also... More

We were attending a wedding at the Kelso Conservation area and this hotel was selected by the bridal party for guests to stay at. Thank you for the 2pm check in so that we could change for the wedding at the hotel. The first room we were assigned smelled terribly of smoke (it was a non smoking room) but we... More

Very clean room, friendly staff and has a great restaurant on site (with the BEST pot pies I have every tasted!!). The hotel is conveniently located near all sorts of outdoor attractions - a number of conservation area, skiing - and with ideal highway access. I would most definitely stay there or at any Best Western again!

Stayed one night on a recent business trip. Great room, nice and quiet, but the best part was the in house restaurant. Great hamburger for lunch and the rib eye steak for supper was one of the best steaks I have had anywhere. Worth the drive to Milton just for the dinging experience both for the food and ambience/

Internet was not good in room. Also, Front desk staff was not helpful throughout stay. Not all but some of the staff members including the Manager. Do not get a corner room. I think those rooms are smaller. I have never stayed in a hotel with a room so small and tight.

A great place off the highway to charge up the Tesla, have a quick lunch, or stay the night. Thanks for supporting the Sun Country Highway EV charging network! I look forward to more stops and business meetings at this location, especially with the 90 amp charger.

Checked in late, the lady was nice. The place looks and feels dated but we weren't here for the ambience just a place to crash for the night. Room was clean, bed comfortable. We weren't bothered by the highway noise. The wall unit is a bit noisy. For one night, I would stay here again.
