We received a warm welcome on arrival - staff opened the door, and a manager directed us to our room. The room was equipped with king bed, several side chairs, fridge, and small table. The tub had no handrails or sturdy objects to help with entering or exiting. Although I called the front desk for a pillow, it took a... More

The room was spacious and clean but a few issues. The waste baskets were not emptied from previous guests as well as the coffee maker had old grounds in it. Obviously housekeeping is in a rush cleaning rooms. The buffet was horrible and cold for $20 a person- I would not recommend it.

The service was horrible, front desk people were rude didn't know how to do there job. The buffet was gross not to mention service sucks. And the hotel bathroom was nasty, falling apart. Left my last night's stay even though I paid for it cause I was over it.

Spent New Years Eve here. Great cash prizes all evening at the casino. Great service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great beds. Casino is nice with good variety of machines. Buffet was great! We were with a bus group from Canada and we received daily free money on players card, almost free breakfasts ($2 cost) and free meal at... More

The room was nice and clean. The rest of the place looks like it's still a work in progress... For the most part at the main bar everyone was very friendly and tentative. When we went to the lounge it was another story, we kept getting skipped (waited at least 20 minutes) and the guy who finally helped us was... More

Ok so this is not Vegas, but it's ok for a day trip. The Casino is nice, small but not bad - again we are not in Vegas people. The room we had was great, wonderful beds, amazing art work, very clean. I will admit that the staff need some further training, but I think they r trying. The buffet... More

Stayed for two nights last week and slept well in comfortable bed. Local tip says reserve room 3009, best in the place for mere mortals. Hotel rooms updated but now only slightly below average instead of poor. The price of being the only game in town, having a captive audience, until the new hotel in New Town opens. That spells... I called to make a reservation four days prior to our date of arrival, that process alone should have been an indication this was not going to go well. I requested a King Room in the Newer portion of the Hotel, because all the reviews online said the hotel was dirty and rooms outdated, so I thought maybe the newer... More

The 4bears website claims to have "fine dining", a pool, and jacuzzi, none of which were open. We had to eat dinner at a limited buffet comparable to a public school lunch. We were waken up at 8 am by about 6 loud members of the housekeeping staff who were sitting on the floor right outside of our door chit... More
