Do not stay here, I stayed here during a hockey tournament. The pool has been under renovation for months but they phoned the day before we arrived when it was too late to get a room elsewhere. No discount given, did not clean our room during the weekend, gave us a hospitality room that had no heat 10 degrees indoors,... More

Just arrived in our room and I shouldn't be surprised at what I found. For a room that was $60, 2 years ago, it's $125 per night and it was sold to us as a newly renovated room. What is new? The carpet, bed linens, lamps and curtains. What is old? Walls are stucco, furniture cheaply repainted, holes in walls,... More

This place is now called the Copper River Inn...they have tried to fix it up and the restaurant and lounge are nice. There is no option for king size beds, just double queens. They are very hard beds. Apparently they have renovated the rooms but it's like putting lipstick on a pig. Very dated layout and furniture...and still have tube... More

As others have mentioned the hotel is renamed Copper River Inn. There's also a cafe, bar, and restaurant. Upon arrival we weren't entirely sure if the building was a hotel or not. Upon discovering that this was indeed our hotel, we reluctantly shuffled in the door. Old furniture and mattresses could be clearly seen through several Windows. All other hotels... More

Poor service at the front desk by the owner himself. Our rooms were not really by 530pm. If a manager/ owner cannot respect his staff it is no wonder clients are left hanging. Wifi didn't work in certain rooms (too weak signal). Rooms where dirty and bedding was cheapest on market.

This hotel is now under new ownership and is receiving massive updates. Restaurants and bar are under renovations. Rooms are getting cleaned up, and are being renovated. Supposed to be a whole different place sometime in March. Front desk staff were friendly. If you don't mind staying in a place that is getting a make over it is a great... More

I stayed here more than once about 20 years ago and the service was always fine, the place was well maintained, the food was decent, the night club was pretty lively, and the place was clean. Scratch most of that. The food was not tried, due to suggestions from friends and someone who said they used to work there. The... More

With the Super 8 being full, we were forced to book two rooms here for a business trip. The rooms are VERY dirty, and the service is terrible. The second day, the maid didn't even bother cleaning one of the rooms. We made a big deal about putting the "please make up room" sign out the next day, and all... More

If I saw these reviews I probably won't have book there. But we did. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean but the hotel is kind of dated with the room fixtures. There was a kind of a quaint bar which looked newly renovated. Only thing was it closed at 10.... More

We spent two nights and the fist night was well not the greatest. Our remote was dead could not get a replacemnt, my wife wiped down our bathroom with white towel and showed me the dirt from the bathrooim counter and walls." Gross" tried to get the front desk at 11 pm for a wake call ,with no success and... More
