Basic accommodations in a convenient location, near the Canso causeway. Rooms are small, but sufficient for a night's stay. No restaurant on premises, but the Hearthstone Inn across the street has a restaurant (with slow service). Lobby staff seems pleasant enough, continental breakfast nothing special. We only stayed one night as we were travelling. I would not recommend it for anything more than a stopover. The room was small with 2 double beds. We could not get a queen which we prefer. There was rust on the electric heater in the bathroom. The hotel is on a highway and therefore traffic noise was constant. No... more

I booked this Hotel on Priceline, got it for $45.00. The pool was closed because it was "off-season", even though it was a warm May day and the pool is indoor. The front desk lady the first day was very nice, helped us finding restaurants(Hotel restaurant closed for the season), area attractions, etc. The lady the second day was rude... more
