We stayed 4 nights in the Empire Room and we were very happy with our choice. Lots of room and even tho it was a hot four days, the fans and open windows kept us very comfortable. The Breakfast Room & Lounge were both very pleasant rooms with lots of light. Breakfasts had lots of choices as well as offering... More

This B&B is so welcoming, and has a delicious breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on were to eat. This B&B has a very vintage look to it, we stayed in the tower suite which was perfect for my family of four. After we left my daughter accidentally left her purse behind. We called and they... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days in June 2014. It was delightful. Beautifully furnished and lovingly cared for. Our hostess made us a wonderful breakfast every day. It is convenient to shopping in town and provincial and city parks along the coast of Nova Scotia where hiking and scenery are wonderful. It was quiet and comfortable. We... More

What makes this B&B special is the hospitality of the owner. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and coffee, given a map, and shown to our room, which was comfortable. Breakfast was great and we were sorry to leave!

Parrsboro is a lovely small town on a Nova Scotia coast that is a bit off the beaten path - there is so much more to Nova Scotia than just Peggy's Cove and Cape Breton! Our hosts, a couple originally from Austria, have turned an old Victorian-style hospital into a stylish and thoroughly comfortable B&B. They suggested a 5-minute walk... More

We had a lovely stay here. The ambience was created by caring and attentive hosts, period furniture and delicious breakfasts. In town, walk to the geological museum which is stunning while a car ride away is the world renowned Unesco site, the Joggins Institute. Have already recommended to family and friends.

We had an excellent stay in the velvet room. Very quiet. Excellent brekfast, fresh fruits, really good coffee, french toasts with real maple syrup. Confortable bed. About 40 km from beautiful cape chignecto park, and walking distance from restaurants.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the Raspberry Room at the Maple Inn. We were just there for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. There were tasty baked goods available when we arrived and our room was perfect for the two of us. Two twin beds in a beautifully furnished yellow walled room. The... More

Great place to stay in Parrsboro. Walking distance to "downtown" and the Ship's Company Theatre. Very friendly hosts. Lovely rooms. Tea/coffee and sweet snacks waiting on arrival. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a beautifully renovated Victorian house with a fascinating history. We were upgraded from a room to a suite with a large bedroom, furnished with Austrian antiques, a separate living rooms and large bathroom with double whirlpool tub. The hostess was very charming. Highly recommended!
