We loved this B&B. Host Jamie was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, homemade blueberry muffins, and individual egg dish. Most like an egg frittata. Should have asked for recipes!! Location very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Host was very helpful about local activities. Won't stay anywhere else if we are in the area again.

We stayed at this B&B August 16 2014. Jamie was a great host - very welcoming, personable and efficient. We stayed in the Evangeline room, which has its own bathroom. Lovely Victorian home, very nice room, great breakfast and conversation, centrally located. Ask about Monica's singing role in Phantom of the Opera. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights & were pleased with the accommodation. Nicely preserved Victorian home. Jamie greeted us & even called the local playhouse to reserve tickets for us & told us the best places in town to eat. Breakfast was fine/blueberry muffins wonderful. We were grateful for the ceiling fan in our room as it's... More

This was our first stay at a B & B for my wife and I and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted into the Victorian styled home by our host James. We stayed in the Gabriel room on the second floor which was very spacious and comfortable and charming (my wife's words:) ). The room had a private... More

Our night here was with dear friends. Our visit to Parrsboro was not planned but we decided that we wanted to watch the tide come in and choose Parrsboro for the experience. It was an excellent choice. Parrsboro had much to offer. We were happy to find that there was a vacancy with 2 rooms and a shared bath. We... More

This was our first stop on a seven-day tour of Nova Scotia, and we wished we had booked at least a second night there. Our room (the Gabriel) was very spacious and lovely, and our host was incredibly helpful in steering us toward great restaurants and places to explore/hike. There's a lot to see around Parrsboro, and this is a... More

We stayed at Evangeline's Tower for one night in September. This B&B is located in an old Victorian mansion that is well maintained for a building of its age. The room we reserved was not available as the guests who booked the previous night wanted to stay on. Instead we were given a beautifully decorated two-room suite with private bath.... More

This b and b did not meet our expectations in many ways. The room is small, and decorated with antiques that would have been poor quality even when they were new. They have not improved with age. The room we chose was to have a private bath, which we found meant that while it reserved for us, we had to... More

We stayed in early August 2013 and were very pleased. Evangeline's Tower combines modern amenities with the feel of staying in a Victorian mansion. Host was friendly and provided great advice on exploring the area. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable.

Luckily the B&B we went to first didn't have a room available as we would not have had the opportunity to stay at Evangeline's Tower . The house was super charming as were the host and hostess. Jamie and Monica did everything to make our stay in Parsboro a great experience. We felt very welcomed and our whole family had... More
