This hotel is very well situated for anyone wanting to spend the night near the PEI ferry for early morning departure...or vice versa. We were four senior citizens and our room was conveniently on the ground floor with both an indoor and outdoor entrance. We could park right by our room which made for easy unloading and loading of baggage.... More

It stinks so bad, there's something other than cigarettes, but I wasn't able to put my finger on it. Could easily be crack den lodging. Out dated is an understatement. The carpet, furniture and bedding is foul. Two words: old polyester. I bet the duvet was washed last year. Paper cups and bar soap amenities were the luxuries. there was... More

I booked this room mainly due to the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. My family's experience was not as positive. We stayed one night between our drive on the Cabot trail and going to PEI. The hotel was very dated and smelled of stale smoke, even though we were in a non-smoking room. I was scared to put our bags on... More

We booked through hotwire and were given the Travelodge and had a great stay. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and had great suggestions for places to eat in town. After explaining some bad service at a different hotel in the past she was very accommodating to us and gave us a great room to stay in.... More

On the good side: Clean,Quiet, Comfortable Bed Not so good: slow Wifi, tub was slippery for an old guy Our third floor window was one foot from a flood light for the parking lot and it took frustrating struggle to block the orange glow. About that "continental" breakfast, what continent are we talking about? Is Bangladesh a continent? The only... More

The Travel Lodge in New Glasgow has some major competition from the new Holiday Inn Express, as well as the Comfort Inn, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be doing much to make itself stand out. I found the other hotels quite overpriced for the area, so I settled on the Travel Lodge as I was only staying for one... More

We were booked for the night of July 5, 2014. There was only partial power when we arrived due to a storm. Later that afternoon the power was completely out, with no expectation to have it restored that day. We were given flashlights. There were no emergency lights in the hallways. We had booked a total of 4 rooms. Because... More

We stayed here during a convention. We were responsible for paying for 6 rooms. Every other room but ours was a suite. When questioned about it we were told, sorry, we're completely booked, nothing we can do about it. Not very smart booking on their part and poor customer relations. Most of the rooms had the air conditioning not working... More

We appreciate the feed back from your stay at our hotel. It is our goal to try our best at making everyone's stay an enjoyable one. Unfortunately with the hurricane that we experienced we did have some damage to some of our A/C units. We have ordered more and are in the midst of installing new units in the rooms... More
