Stayed one night, the rooms are small and cramped. The beds are not very comfortable and the air conditioner rattled all night. They do have very nice front desk staff though. This was a very pleasant place to stay and we feel it gave a very good value for the $ spent. A short drive to Melmerby beach and other local attractions.
