My husband and I went there for our honeymoon. I was never so disapointed in my life! We paid a lot of money for a regular room when we were supposed to get the Honey Room Suite. I had a bath the next morning and it literally took 2 hours for the tub to fill ot about 4 inches. I... more

Hair Dryer not working, Room furniture worn and in need of replacement. Extra Blanket for bed had a huge rip. Pillows lumpy and very uncomfortable. Box Sping had large stain on the side. Not very sound proof. Will I stay here again, doubt it very much. more

Last night we stayed at the Wandlyn Inn in Kentville, it was the same night we had Tropical Storm Noel hit us. We had booked this room only because we knew the storm was coming, and we didn't want to venture the 1.5 hour drive back to Halifax. The room itself was clean, and we had a new flat screen... more

After seeing the website, we reserved the Wandlyn Inn in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia for 4 nights. Upon arrival, the lobby wasn't the best we had seen but not terrible. We were given the keys to our room. We were appalled at the condition. There was a huge cigarette burn on the bedspread, the arms of the chairs were torn and... more

When I first arrived the hotel the first thing I noticed was the pleasant smile on the young lady at the front desk. She greeted me kindly and introduced herself. She was very pleasant. She promptly attended my needs. I was checked into a room shortly after arriving and was pleased to see that the room was rather large and... more

We had arrived in Nova Scotia and were excited to see the highest tidal bores happening. After flying all night from Edmonton and not getting any sleep - arriving in NS @ 6:30 in the morning and driving all day along the coast, we were just wanting to get booked into a room and have good rest to get ready... more

Our Stay at the Motel was for one night only. A refridgerated van, droned all night just 100 feet away from rooom at the back of the Motel. The tub and shower where the caulking should have been, housed nothing but filth and mold in and around the tub and faucet.. The most obvious sign that the bathroom was not... more

My husband and I, and a group of friends (8 or 10) visited Kentville in January 2005 for a friend's wedding. We wanted an inexpensive hotel that was a short cab ride from the reception location, so we chose the Wandlyn. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, while the other wedding guests only spent one night. I have mixed... more

the room was not too bad as per cleanliness. the sheets were ripped and some of the lights didn't work. the indoor pool should be banned. there was mold growing all around the pool, in the showers (that you were told you had to use to use the pool) the bottom of the pool was slimmy and the pool area... more
