I stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 kids (ages 2 and 5). This spot was perfect for our family. The kids loved the grounds and beach for its variety - it had a stream, rocks, waves, sand. It was very close to some hikes we wanted (Broad Cove, Warren Lake, Mary Ann Falls). A general store was nearby... More

Looking for a beautiful to relax and get away from it all. This is the place. Wonderful accomodations. Like you are in a 4 or 5 star hotel but it is a cottage. Top notch. Private beach and amazing scenery everywhere you look. Lots of things to do and explore as you are next to a National Park of Canada... More

Our family of four adults stayed in the cottage closest to the beach (on the right side of the property, facing the beach). We loved the location and lush landscaping around the property, and there are several outdoor sitting areas to enjoy it all. The cottage itself was comfortable and very modern, but the bedrooms are small and there are... More

We stayed here for one night in July. It was not the cheapest place but we all agreed it was worth the money! We stayed in cabin #2 and enjoyed being able to hear the waves all night long with our windows open. The cottage came with all the things we needed to cook for ourselves and there is a... More

What an incredibly beautiful location, property and cottages. Our two children LOVED our 'stargazer' cottage and we all wished we had booked a few more days here. The recent cottage renovations are impeccable, super clean, comfortable beds, perfect location off the Cabot Trail (don't rely on Waze app/gps!), best beach we saw on our trip with a stocked beach fire... Spent three nights here recently with husband and two boys. Nice place to unwind or head out to tour the Cabot or hike a trail. The cottages are immaculate and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The WI-FI to the cottages wasn't working while we were there, but it was at the lodge. It was probably a good thing,... We stayed in the Oceana room which is located in the main building, a little further from the beach than the bungalows (but still quite close). The room was immaculate and nicely decorated. It would be more convenient if it did breakfast, (we knew that at the time of booking) but there is a good cafe less than five minutes... More

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here. We were in the Stargazer Cottage, the second out of four from the beach. The new decor was great, very tasteful and functional with all of the amenities of home. The location could not be beat-right on the beach and a great base to explore Cape Breton and the Cabot Trail.... More

Great place! right on the waterfront with private access to the beach. It's a beautiful area and the cabins are very modern. They just remodeled the cabins and they look great. very nice. There's cable tv (gotta have cable ) and there's also wifi available which is nice because coming from the states my phone is useless unless there's wifi.... More

4 of us stayed in unit 4. Very clean, beautiful ground and view. 1 bath but not an issue. Great location to tour cape Breton. Hostess was wonderful. Internet was down due to a storm but was going to be fixed later in the week. This is the place to stay
