We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this perfect location for views, cleanliness, friendliness and access to Cabot Trail activities. Heather and Yvette were wonderful hosts and the other staff were very friendly as well. The Acadian heritage of Cheticamp highlighted the area. we enjoyed the seafood restaurants and the Acadian music. The sunset here is fantastic!

A wonderful location with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed BBQing and eating on the picnic tables out front, watching the sun set. The cottages are clean but the things I missed were paper towel in the kitchen and hand soap. Things you can buy but found that at other places we stayed had better amenities - we had a full... More

Decided to look for a place to stay after some long hours on the bike and after a couple of passes through town we decided to try the Chalet. No one was there when we arrived, but a "welcome to call me" sign was on the door. We proceeded to do so. With-in 5 minutes she returned to check us... More

We spent 4 nights here in mid June, and were the only ones there for 2 of those, so it was lovely and private, but if all the cottages were full it would not be so. We had fine cell phone reception there. The bathroom and bedroom were great, and very comfortable. Living room was not cozy; lamps with black... More

Hubby and I were on a 3 week drive about from Ontario, flying by the seat of our pants, with no reservations anywhere....we were helped at the tourist info centre and this place was recommended .....We stayed in one of the chalets, this was late in the season, but we were warmly greeted by the manager and showed to the... We spent one night in one of the "chalets" as it had been raining and we were doubtful about camping. As it turned out it was a dry night and we should have camped! The rooms are simple but adequate and come with some basic cooking facilities and wifi. However, I had the unfortunate experience of sitting on the couch... More

Stayed 3 nights in this lovely little chalet. For the perfect switch off and relaxation opportunity I would recommend staying here, clean, spacious with basic facilities. Lovely ocean view, right on the edge of Cheticamp, walking distance to harbour, main street and whale watching boat tours. Welcome reception and comfortable bed. Good location for driving to the Highlands National Park... More

This is a good place to stop while on the Cabot Trail. The lady who was the manager was very nice and very helpful - even brought us back from our dinner place as we didn't have a car. The rooms are spacious and convenient. Good wi-fi coverage in the rooms. One of the nicest places we stayed at while... More
