Beds were comfy, food was excellent. the site is close to all you might want to do in the Baddeck area -- Alexander Graham Bell museum, Gaelic college, etc etc Price was good and we would go back again

We showed up after 9:30 pm and they were so kind, not upset in the slightest. In fact, we were not the last to arrive because it was the Celtic Colours festival! They showed us around before they invited us to sit with them and watch the live festival on tv for a while. Great company, and great breakfast! She... More

From the moment of our arrival,. Jan and Glen, both from Scotland, made us feel right at home. Ours was Room 5, with an outside entrance and the room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Having travelled quite a distance, we appreciated the comfortable bed and the good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, timely, with a selection of dishes to... More

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the whole house and guest lounge seemed to be remarkably spick and span - but the hosts being ex Royal Navy would naturally keep everything shipshape and Bristol fashion! We really felt at home here and there were facilities for tea and coffee ( and a biscuit) in the lounge. The setting... More

The innkeepers, Jan and Glenn went out of their way to help guests navigate the area and gave great recommendations for spots to visit. The Inn is only a short drive to the town of Baddeck. Our room was on the second floor with a separate entrance. It was very clean. Breakfast had one hot dish and a number of... More

We used this B&B as a base to explore the Cabot Trail. The owners were extremely helpful and ready to give us advice and tips about exploring the area. The breakfasts were very generous and comprehensive and we were welcome to use the cosy sitting room and help ourselves to hot drinks and biscuits out of ours. A real home... More

My wife and I started our Cabot trail adventure here. The Inn keepers are friendly and very knowledgeable of local attractions. As well helped us plan our trip around the National Park. The hot breakfast (farm fresh eggs) was exceptional. The accommodations were very clean, everything sparkled.

Excellent, caring, personable, interesting innkeepers. Quiet locale; scenic farm pastures. Tasty breakfast including a bit of a continental buffet, but also simple omeletes. We had room 7, which has a separate entrance, so it was very private and quiet.

Arrived to a very warm welcome. Room 4 had a separate entrance at the side of the house. There was a little noise from surrounding rooms but this is to be expected as the house is old with lovely wood floors which do have a tendency to creak. Room was comfortable but rather small with quite a small bed. Breakfast... More

This stay was a very good experience. The old house gave an immediate welcoming feeling. The owners were very gracious and hospitable, offering any help that was needed. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful with a hot, homemade dish, cut up fruit, as well as the other items one would expect on a breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable and... More
