We enjoyed this place. And the breakfast was very good. Some of the people staying were not as friendly as others we encountered at other B&B's on our trip. One thing we didn't mention when we were there is that the mattress in our room is in need of replacement. I think it was room 1? There's a great porch... More

Auld Farm had a nice room. It was clean, had a nice shower and was larger than we expected. The location is beautiful, but expect to drive for 10 minutes or so to reach the town of Baddeck. The entire staff was friendly, especially the hosts who provided us with personal recommendations for any activity about which we inquired. One... More

We stayed two nights at Auld Farm Inn at the beginning of our vacation in Nova Scotia. They were very helpful with directions and information. Our flight was late so we arrived later than anticipated and it was raining. We were welcomed and Glen helped get our luggage up the steps to our room. The inn is clean, flowers beautiful... More

Decided to add a B&B to our trip through the Maritimes. Could not have found a better place. We were welcomed in a first class fashion and the hospitality did not stop throughout our visit. We planned our trip not knowing what to see, Jan and Glen were very helpful and gave us suggestions of what to see and how... More

The Auld Farm Inn B+B in Cape Breton is beautiful! We stayed for 4 nights with our three kids and just loved it! The room was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a very nice ensuite bathroom with a great shower. We all enjoyed the quiet setting and location that is close to Baddeck and the... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. Jan, Glen and KC made our visit all the better. Our room was bright, welcoming and comfortable. The farm and house is just beautiful. Breakfast was a time to meet other guests and trade notes on things to do or see in the area. Jan and Glen know a lot about the area and... More

Baddeck was one of our stops on our driving tour of Cape Bretton and we were fortunate to have stayed at the Auld Fam Inn. Our room was large and comfortable, and the hosts, Jan and Glen were a delight! We really enjoyed the breakfast with a great group of other guests. It was a fun crowd. Great value, great... More

The classic B&B experience with a friendly couple, cute house, rooms that look like your grandmas house. Wifi worked really well, no tvs in the rooms though. I read great reviews about breakfast, but was a little disappointed. It was nice but definitely nothing special, wasn't a fan of the egg and sausage casserole.

We stayed 2 nights at Auld Farm B. & B. while travelling through Nova Scotia. Must say it was the best by far. Our room was very comfortable (Room 5) with a lovely big bathroom. We always bring our own supplies(ie. shower gel, shampoo, cream rinse etc.), but some were provided. We slept very well at night and even managed... More

My husband and I stayed 16 nights at the Auld Farm Inn and I must say it is the best B&B we have stayed at. Jan and Glen are awesome, as is their staff, Wendy and Cheryl. The inn is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are second to none. Each morning you are able to choose....no, let me... More
