A lovely bed and breakfast with their own little beach. Beautiful rooms that are nicely decorated. The shared kitchen is all newly equipped with high end appliances. Breakfast is freshly prepared and can be eaten on the terrace right by the lake, too. Very friendly staff as well. Would def go back.

This is a lovely property right on the waterfront with wonderful views of the harbor and the surrounding areas. The rooms are comfortable if a bit cramped. The manager is very charming and helpful; really loves the area and the local culture and makes you want to learn more about it. The location is central to everything in town and... More

We stayed for two nights and felt very lucky to have found this B&B. We were in room 5, that did not have a view of the water, but that mattered little as there were many opportunities to experience it from the Inn. There is a long deck right on the water, a large deck outside the dining and sitting... More

My family booked all 5 rooms at the Inn for my parents 50th Anniversary and we couldn't have had a more wonderful experience! This home was owned by my father's uncle and is now operated as the Inn by other relatives, so this was a lovely experience for my parents to reminisce. The location directly on the water and in... This is a great B&B. It has all the charm of an older home that has been well cared for. The kitchen which, unlike many B&Bs, is available to guests has just been renovated. The house is not owner occupied which means guests have access to the whole house. There are 3 great public areas. The kitchen and tv/game room... More

Stayed 1 night in the Inn but could have stayed the entire trip at this location. It is beautifully decorated & perfectly situated. We stayed in the Lighthouse room with windows facing the water - very picturesque. Very warm hospitality. Highly recommend it.

When I reserved this room, the only one showing availability was the room with the bath across the hall. It looked like a good location so I booked it anyway. In correspondence before arrival they said a room with ensuite bath was available for $10 more. I said OK because this was what I wanted all along. I guess they... More

Great location, everything within walking distance. Perfect spot to stay while touring the cabot trail. Clean, cozy rooms, and a beautiful view from the back deck. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast in the morning was appreciated as well. We originally booked at the military discount, and when we found a lower rate on Booking.com they matched it... More

We stayed here in October and it was a very warm and comfortable place. Our room was very nice as was the whole place - beautifully decorated and very inviting. Our room was in the front of the Inn but very quiet. The location was great - right on the water and next door to a very good restaurant. Would... More

We stayed two nights at the Dunlop Inn. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with a small bathroom (perfectly adequate for us). The best part was the view of the lake and lighthouse. The house itself was full of charm and character with communal sitting areas and a deck and small beach. Breakfast was good. It was self... More
