This is a very beautiful place, and we were quite comfortable. We were on the bus tour, and so we don't know if the normal rates are good or not. Dining there was fair, better than some, worse than others. There isn't a sidewalk from Gisele's that goes into Baddeck, and we didn't feel foot travel was very safe at... More

If you are one of those who takes a while to come to your sense in the mornings, getting the bill at Auberge Gisele will wake you up in a hurry. A room for 2 nights, breakfast, two dinner starters , one main course and a few glasses of wine came to $463. It was what my old mother use... More

My family only ate once at the Auberge's restaurant on their patio and we were pleasantly surprised! We had a nice evening relaxing on their outdoor patio! The view was great, service was attentive and the food well prepared at a reasonable price! The restaurant was recommended by the local tourist bureau. Thank you for the referral!

As a part of our recent tour, we were taken to Gisele's for 2 nights. The rooms are drop-dead gorgeous and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Their restaurant served great meals and the wait staff members were fast and efficient. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the gardens beautiful. This is a DESTINATION hotel. If... We visited this inn as part of a Caravan motorcoach tour. The rooms were charming, very clean and well appointed. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast of blueberry pancakes and bacon. We stayed two nights and I would recommend this inn if you are in the lovely town of Baddeck.

Auberge Gisele was a great place to stay while visiting the Baddeck area. It was not a long walk to the town center and waterfront areas. The rooms were nicely furnished with a continental flair. Beautiful grounds with flowers everywhere. We also had a romantic dinner in their restaurant. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this delightful inn. We were welcomed by the owner and shown to our room, which was beautifully appointed, not your typical motel look. The grounds are nicely landscaped with colorful flowers. Our meals in the restaurant were delicious and beautifully prepared. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here and it was super clean with beautiful grounds of well-maintained flower gardens, and had a great restaurant. It was a quick walk into Baddeck so everything was easily accessible. Every room had a large, triple picture window onto the grounds. I would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly but we found that everywhere... More

Have dinner here and it was lovely and very tasty. A tour was having dinner there at the same time. Happy noise did not bother us in the least. We were seated in a quiet table and had great service. The pork tenderloin and coquilles St. Jacques were delightful. Compliments to the chef. Wish we had stayed there other than... More

As we were part of a tour group, our expectations were exceeded when we arrived at this hotel. A friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room along with sleep inducing beds and our 2 day stay was perfect. The food was good and plentiful, both breakfast and dinner and the centre of town about 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended and... More
