I stayed here when I did a magic show for Bell mueseum just next door. Ken and Barb really know how to run a B&B and breakfast is over the top. A beautiful place all around. Spent a great deal of time just watching the waters ebbing on the shore. Lots of boats and friendly people.

This B&B is just a 5 minute walk to the action of downtown Baddeck and the waterfront.  The decor is vintage and simple and the rooms are incredibly clean. There is a common area with a tv. The host, Barbie is sweeter than her homemade preserves. She makes you feel right at home and was very helpful in giving us... More

We stayed for onr night on the start of our trip around The Cabot Trail. Location is great, within walking distance of everything in Baddeck. Barbie was a wonderful hostess, we did get a chance to meet her husband Ken. Our room had a queen size bed that was comfy, and an ensuite bathroom that was huge! The breakfast was... More

We stayed one jight at "Tree Seat" before starting our tour of the Cabot Trail. It was a perfect location, right at the end of the main street in Baddeck, it was convenient for walking through town but a very quiet location as well. Barbie, the hostess was absolutely wonderful, didn't have a chance to meether husband Ken, but they... More

We stopped over at the Tree Seat during a round trip through Canada this year. We stayed at Barbie's and Ken's B&B for one night and we absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and had an extra bathroom, the location is lovely with a short walk to the lake, restaurants and etc. and the breakfast Barbie created on... More

We arrived tired from our long drive without a reservation. We were met at the door by a very friendly lady "Barbie" who welcomed us in no problem. The place was cozy with a lot of charm. She gave us a quick rundown of the town. We set out for a walking tour and for some dinner. After a great... More

We had two nights here, one on each direction of our trip. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming; the rooms are large and comfortable, decorated well with handmade bedspreads and other handicrafts. A very family feel. Especially helpful when our ferry was days and hours late getting to North Sydney - we were able to get into the house... More

Good value and great hosts. One night stop over one our way back from the Cabot trail. Walk right to the Alexander Graham Bell museum and walking distance to the main street for food. Clean well appointed rooms with private bathrooms. Only 4 rooms, so book in advance. Great breakfast and save your muffins because you can take them on... More

Had a great 2-night stay here recently. The double room was big enough and the ensuite bathroom just as big! Everything was very clean and quiet and I had a peaceful sleep. Everything provided including shampoo and soaps, towels and face cloths. The breakfasts were memorable. Fruit and yoghurt, wonderful omelettes, ham and cheese, PLUS cereal, home-cooked bread, muffins, apple... More

We stayed at the Tree Seat B&B as our last day in Cape Breton and we were very happy. Barbie, the proprietor, is a sweet lady with a big heart. The room we stayed in had a double bed and a huge ensuite bathroom (In fact think the bathroom was the same size as the bedroom). The bed was old... More
