Found this place at the last minute through a visitor centre. The owners were lovely people and treated us like family. They were worried about us on the roads and wanted to make sure we would arrive safe, even though we'd never met. The house is quaint with a lot of history. One caution is that the walls are very... Pauline Martin bought Peace Cove in 2009, returning to her native Newfoundland from teaching in northern Manitoba. She is a sweet and delightful character and will have you laughing at her wry stories and observations of life. She will also serve you a great breakfast, and if you want, dinner. The inn is in an old Victorian, near it's namesake.... More

This cozy spot is a few minutes off the main road and a little difficult to find if you don't already know the way. However, the locals all know where it is, and were happy to give us directions. Once there, we were impressed with the room, a double and a single bed, very comfortable linens and our own large... More

If you are interested in experiencing the history, culture, cuisine and true Newfoundland hospitality this the place for you. This quaint Inn, is 140 years old and much of it's original character and architecture remains. The hosts are second to none, for friendly down home service, true "Baysmen".

Peace Cove Inn - Trinity East. I recently visited St. John's with my family and we decided to take a few days to explore the coast. After reading through the visitor guide, we took the advice of May's Bed & Breakfast which recommended the Peace Cove Inn for the Trinity area. Our first mistake is that the Peace Cove Inn... More

We did a three week trip in the Maritimes and this was one of the three best places we have stayed. Although the beds weren't great, the location of the inn (close to the water, fishingboats and very quiet) and the superb hospitality of the owner (Pauline) made more then up for it. She advised us on what things to... More

We stayed 2 nights at the lovely Peace Cove Inn B&B in Trinity East in July 2005. Trinity is an area of spectacular natural beauty. Coves, harbours and inlets are everywhere and the whole panorama instills the most peaceful sensation that I have ever experienced. The historical properties were beauifully preserved. The Peace Cove Inn and Innkeeper were wonderful and... More
