Been there for two nights in august, only stay for one and moove somewhere else after the owner said its impossible to cancel within 24hrs... Staff was not helpful at all. The rooms are so small than you cannot moove around the bed. Paperthin wall so you can understand the conversation from the other rooms. Mastress very cheap and uncomfortable.... More

Stayed one night while passing through Caraquet and was very impressed. Clerk was helpful in helping us find our way to dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Only one shower for the house was difficult but we managed. Room was cozy we would stay again.

On my way to staying at the Maison Dugas, I stopped at the Village Historique Acadien. It was an interesting visit but it was I was greeted by the owner of this Bnb that I felt I had arrived in Acadia. He took the time to show me around and even provided an inside space to store my bicycle. I... More

My family of four was in Caraquet to visit friends in nearby Shippagan, NB. We stayed in the #3 cabin and were completely satisfied with the experience. Before I say more, I must explain that the property has 4 distinct rentals: the B&B (maison), a camper area, the cabins, and tent sites. Read reviews of this property with this in... More

Very nice house, has rooms, suites and even camping. Great breakfast served every morning. Beds a little too soft and no a/c but otherwise good value for the money. Owner is very knowledgeable about the area and knows great details about his house's history and architecture. Very clean...

We choose this accomodation on the recommendation of our guide book from 2011; as we arrived we discovered that the prices were doubled within one year! The lady on the reception desk refused at the beginning to talk english with us, it was only after we asked her a few times that she changed into english; then i'm quite sure... More

We had 3 rooms (they were called 2 suites and a cabin). In all the beds were lumpy and pullouts uncomfortable. We expected breakfast at a B&B, but no, instead we were told we could have anything we wanted if we cooked it in our rooms. We were also told to go to the docks and get fresh lobster from... More
