Best place to stay with whole inn a great group of people/runners. We became friends by meeting in all the comfy spaces inside and outside the inn. Homey, quaint, and very old inn with neat decor. Creaky slanty floors give character. Blueberry pancakes are superb. Really accommodating staff .

We very much enjoyed staying at the Owen House on Campobello Island. The setting is lovely and the house very interesting. The staff was very helpful about information and history of the Island. The breakfast was very good and we felt at home.

Wonderful old house, well maintained, decorated and comfortable. It is efficiently and effectively run, and everything neatly in it's place. However, other than the people serving breakfast, the people running it don't like to smile. Upon arrival, one is checked in as a customer, not welcomed as a guest. Checkout was no different. I was never asked "How was your... More

The Owens House is in a lovely setting with a wonderful gallery of paintings there as well. There us a nice trail along the ocean to enjoy as well. The breakfast is extremely nice. They have wonderful little areas outside with comfortable seating to enjoy the tranquility of the Island.,

Our first stay a Owen House, an overnight before boarding the Deer Island Ferry on our way to Grand Manan, and we enjoyed the experience. Beautiful old house only two minutes from the ferry ramp in Welshpool, large and comfortable second floor king bed room with spotless bathroom, house very well maintained. Owen House is quiet and private, with stunning... More

This sturdy house dates from the nineteenth century and is charming, not luxurious- The uneven floors, quaint bathrooms and lack of air conditioning are more than offset by the many various -shaped windows looking out onto the Bay of Fundy and old-growth orchard, by the riot of wallpapers, quilts, pictures - many of which are the work of the owner... A beautiful home located on a bluff overlooking the water, which provided a peaceful setting for a relaxed visit. The home has a lot of history and staying here was in a sense like stepping back in time with modern amenities. We experienced a power outage, which manager, Jan, dealt with efficiently as a 'no fuss, no muss' event. We... More

I stayed at this lovely home with my husband and son while we were visiting Campobello Island. We so thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was extremely relaxing. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. We loved our home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Our room was spotless. Great hosts, great staff--lovely stay. Thank you, Jan!

This must be the most beautiful place to stay on Campobello Island. The house itself is a historic jewel; had a hard time tearing myself away from the two sitting/reading rooms. The location is superb, with lots of deck chairs on the front verandah and out towards the bluff overlooking the sea. Really quiet - slept like a log in... More

We stayed one night at the Inn. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time but since the rooms were prepared we were allowed to check in early. A very friendly staff member showed us to our room (#4) and all the various rooms that are open to the guests. The Inn is very charming. Like other guests have... More
