We stayed one night at the Inn. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time but since the rooms were prepared we were allowed to check in early. A very friendly staff member showed us to our room (#4) and all the various rooms that are open to the guests. The Inn is very charming. Like other guests have... More

We checked in with the very friendly manager and was shown to our room. We were heading out for evening dinner and my wife used the bathroom in our room. I noticed that it was still running and so I went and jiggled the push button (old system) and thought after a few minutes it had shut off. It apparently... More

Not sure that you can do better on Campobello. This is a historic home which has been an Inn almost since it was built and has beautiful views of the ocean (though we were fogged in most of our 2 night stay). There has been little updating since then--dated bathroom fixtures, mattresses that have seen better years, furniture that could... More

Recently visited Roosevelt Campobello International Park and stayed over 2 nights at this amazing B&B. The proprietors were very friendly, one of them is an onsight artist with works on display and for sale. The rooms are roomy, comfy and have all the amenities. The view of Bay of Fundy is amazing and you can see Lubec, Maine across the... More

A beautiful old house that is perfectly located overlooking the Passamaquoddy Bay We had room No. 4 on the second floor. It overlooked the garden and an old oak tree. It was spacious, was very clean, and had a private bathroom. We loved the bay window with a sitting area. The breakfast was sumptuous, more like a breakfast at a... More

We stayed 3 nights and it was so worth it. The Owen House is lovely just to relax and read in one of their library rooms or outside looking over the bay. the rooms are comfortable, quiet and the breakfast and staff are delightful. The Roosevelt Home is amazing and the Eleanor Tea an absolute must. Take time to go... More

The Owen House is has a great view and delicious breakfast. It is situated near many places to hike or enjoy the beautiful wildlife and scenery of Campobello Island. There are a few restaurants on the island and you can cross the bridge to Lubec, Maine for more restaurants and small shops. Overall, the Owen House staff was very welcoming... More

This was our second stay at the Owen House, and it didn't disappoint. We upgraded to a second floor room and, although the bath was older than the third floor shared bath, it was a beautiful room that offered a great night's sleep. The breakfasts were wonderful, and as before, the company was so interesting that we all lingered over... More

Stayed here and loved it. Wish had found it sooner. Beautiful gardens, wonderful view. Awesome blue berry pancakes. Bird watching, close to light houses, and Roosevelt park. Historic home right across the bridge and down the road a bit.

This is an outstanding B&B - one of the best of the many we have stayed at in the US and abroad. A charming historic house built by a British sea captain and cartographer, sited on the shore overlooking passamaquoddy Bay. The hosts.Jan and Joyce are charming and very generous. They even lent us their car. The breakfast is varied... More
