Having worked there I can tell you that everything is clean! As for the restaurant the food is excellent! Chef Marc Casey does an excellent job! The kitchen is kept cleaned and in top of everything! The rooms are also kept cleaned! The service is excellent! It's a nice spot where you can see the high tides and low tides... More

Hotel rooms very basic, nothing really says comfort. It is on the bay of Funday and we requested a rooms on the water. That was the only good thing . Was able to watch the high and low tides. Breakfast which we purchased was just so,so. They closed the restaurant early so we had to eat elsewhere. Prices were pricy.... More

This is a lovely little vacation spot with a truly exceptional staff! Joanne at the front desk along with her husband have things well in control. A lovely king room facing the beautiful bay did not disappoint. The restaurant was top notch in both food and service. Ask for Rebecca!! We would go back in a heartbeat!

First off, the room was very clean and in a great location to see a portion of the Fundy tides. Our biggest issue with the room was the noise. We could hear when adjoining rooms ran their water and flushed their toilets. We could also hear when people were walking on the wooden stairs and balcony (not as big of... More

Room was nice enough, however no air conditioning and you couldn't drink the water. Balcony was very small and I felt it was not very safe, definatly not for two people. Paint on balcony stuck to my feet and I had to peel paint off the bottom of my feet for 20 minutes. Probly wouldn't stay there again, overpriced and... More

Planned to stay 3'nights but we're glad we left after two. Depending on the time of the tides, spending extra for a balcony is not worth the expense. We were out all day so our view was of mud in the morning and again at night. There was a rain storm our last night there and awoke to the entire... More

I traveled to Alma, NB, which was my first time ever going out East (I'm from Toronto), for my best friends wedding in August of 2013. There were about 20 of us there for her wedding, half of who were in the wedding party. The wedding itself took place on the lawn of the hotel overlooking the Bay of Fundy... More

We chose the Parkland Village Inn based on tripadvisor reviews and were very glad we did. For visiting the Bay of Fundy area, I can't imagine a better place. Our room had a beautiful view of bay and a small balcony to enjoy it from. At low tide, you can walk right out onto the dry beach experiencing for yourself... More

Looking for an overnight stay whilst touring eastern Canada over 3 weeks nearby Hopewell Rocks. Being Mid May the tourist season yet to get into full swing we were getting concerned as very few options available. So we were relieved on arriving in Alma to find several places open and settled on Parkland. We were taken to a room on... More

Alright, I'll admit I may have a bit of an axe to grind, but I've had it with small and medium sized hotels that offer terrible wifi. This is one of them. The view is great, but the staff/proprietor don't seem to care about the experience of their guests. I submit for your consideration: - Despite being in a "premium"... More
