Extremely rude hotel staff particularly at the reception desk. I met the most obnoxious hotel attendent whose very tone of voice and mannerisms could drive you insane. Very unhelpful, even with simple requests. Poor security-there was a raucous hockey crowd who was occupying the middle of the hallway, and nobody did or said anything about it.
