Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff with new owners at the end of 2013. New TV, fridge and microwave. Breakfast great with waffles, fruit, cereal and toast. Hope the pool is ready for summer, will be great addition.

Hallways had a strong septic smell, rooms - though clean - were VERY musty smelling. Water from bathtub tap was brown for about half a minute before finally turning clear. Beds and pillows are firm. New fridge/microwaves. Our biggest disappointment with this hotel came with the check in/out. We originally booked a two night's stay and those two nights were... More

This is a fairly large, decent motel building. The rooms overall were fine, clean and spacious though a little old fashioned but I suppose that one can expect in such a small town of Neepawa. Overall, it is a good value for the money spent, I wish they bring in new TV, fridge in their motel rooms. Had a decent... More

I was previously stayed in this motel last year. At that time it was just ok. Nothing good to say about it. No cleanliness in motel, quality of service was very poor. When I have visited Bay Hill Inns and suites recently, I had different experience. I have heard that this motel was just taken over by new owner. You... More

My experience was very different then that of other reviewers. I stayed at this hotel in early March 2013 for a hockey tournament. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clooked clean and looked after. While the pool was closed we were informed of this when we booked, so there was not a... More

We were looking for a place to stay that would be close to drive to Clear Lake in the morning. Neepawa looked like the place. I have drove through here many many times over the years and saw this hotel being built and was sure it was a Super8 but couldn't find it when I was looking for a place... More

We stayed at the Bay Hill for one night in fall 2011 for a high school tournament. Kids were excited about having a pool and hot tub. I spoke with some locals the next day only to find out that the health inspector shut down the pool a couple years ago, as well as the restaurant that was attached. Requested... More
