We have got a beautiful house (build in 1930's). The house was very clean and full equipment. The cabin has 2 floors and has a very beautiful view .It was very nice indeed. We love stay there very much.

Telegraph cove is a historic village set on a boardwalk around the harbour. There are different rooms and houses available to stay in as part of the resort. We stayed at the Wastell Manor, which is a house at the end of the boardwalk, slightly up the hill and right by the Whale museum. The Wastell Manor is a house... More

One night stay before our Grizily bear tour. This is a very nice hotel on the water. there is a boardwalk to all the building, restaurants, and rooms. Very quaint place. It is very historic place with lots of history. Rooms were small but very clean. The office was closed when we checkin , but they left the room key... More

I stayed here for 1 night on a road trip up North Vancouver Island. Love this little village. It's a small harbor about 20 mins drive from Port McNeil, and the resort is actually various rooms or cabins in the area including the historic houses on the boardwalk. I stayed in one of the rooms right on the dock. Big... More

we were supposed to stay two nights on the campground and only stayed for one. we could not leave fast enough. It is over 1 km away from everything up a mointain. There you don't get any reception on phone. the washrooms were really dirty: black mold on the shower curtains and lavabo. on the floor were gobs of hair... More

As a destination resort, be aware of its limitations so that you can be prepared. It can offer you something one-of-a-kind - but don't expect too much of the accommodations. It takes a long time to get there, it is off the beaten path. Once you are there, you are either reliant on their services or on yourself. For example,... More

What a surprise when you drive from Port Hardy and discover this true pioneer village on the warf! It's a real travel to the past. The walk trough the authentic village is very interesting! Even if the room (number 11a) is very spacious and fully equipped, it's a little bit old fashion...Fortunately, the view is priceless! The whale watching (Stubbs... More

We booked two nights at TC and knew that we had to book a different room each night as it was so full (the move was well handled by housekeeping). We got there on a Saturday, at a time much earlier than anticipated. We had a whale your booked for the Sunday afternoon. We were unable to check in until... More

Had a good time! Stayed in 11a, a spacious cabin with harbour view. You need to stay here and go on a tour with Stubb's, seen many whales, orca's and sea lions etcetc. Was hard to open the window, but the view was nice. Saw bald eagles right in front of the window. The bed was not that good, seemed... More

We ve been before so know what to expect, however this time we were a group of 8 , two couples and four singles, questioned at time of booking weather we needed two cabins, and were assured that even with our configuration we would be fine. There were not enough beds resulting in one of our party using a camp... More
