Telegraph Cove is a hidden gem and should be kept that way, that said when we visited we were told that the season hadn't been the best and tourist numbers had fallen, we were encouraged to write a review so that the industry that is there can remain. Telegraph Cove is a beautiful unspoilt little place with limited accommodation, we... More

We stayed in Wastell house in a second floor room with bath and overlooking the cove. An Antique Boutique hotel. Beds comfortable and rates very reasonable. We had access to the first floor kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave. We loved having our evening glass of wine and reading in the charming sunroom overlooking the boats and BC forrest. Staff... More

In the month of August had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Telegraph Cove Resort which rents out the original cabins dating back to the 1920s located along the boardwalk. Overall relaxing place to spend a few days. If you plan to visit and stay make sure you book will in advance and that goes for the... More

My initial questions and our reservation were handled efficiently and in a friendly way via email. All the information I was given in answer to my questions was accurate. This was the most expensive lodging of our 3-week trip, but we were fine with the price given the unique nature of the accommodations and surrounding community. We reserved the 2-bedroom... More

We stayed at Burton House, a nice house with a cosy living area with a fireplace. As this house is divided into 2 accommodations, we did experience noise caused by our neighbours shouting and snoring. Walls could use some additional insulation to make them more soundproof. Overall nice surroundings (small harbour) and a decent restaurant / pub with good food.... More

Stayed at Wastell House for 2 nights while doing bear & whale tours. Suite was fine, bed OK, in-suite bath OK. Fortunately did not encounter neighbors using the non-private bath right outside our door. It was fifty steps up from the wooden boardwalk to our suite. This was after man-hauling 150 lbs of luggage on a wagon a couple hundred... More

We stayed for one night in Telegraph Cove in the Bunkhouse room. The room wasn't fancy but it was large and comfortable. All the rooms are set up in the buildings of the old town (hospital, townhouses, etc) which is kind of cool. The location doesn't get any better, our building was right on the boardwalk off the water and... More

Do not expect luxury. This is not what you are here for! We were in cabin 6 which has comfortable, if basic. We had a very comfy double bed, a well equipped kitchen, separate living room and a shower room. We also discovered another five beds upstairs. Our cabin was built on piles out over the water, with a direct... More

At the very last minute our plans for the long weekend changed and my husband thought if we could we should go to Telegraph Cove. We try to come here every year and have been doing so for almost 30 years. New friends were visiting from Austin Texas and we thought it would be an amazing experience for them to... More

We stayed our first night in TC at the resort. Out room was clean and comfy and we had a nice window view of the marina. Zero complaints. Not fancy but quite comfortable! We went out on an overnight paddling trip with North Island Kayak the next day and had an amazing time!
