Richard and team will make your stay a great experience! Be friendly and they'll teach you all the secret places and things to in Sun Peaks. Kudos to tea time!! Aside from these folks knowing they town they really do go out of their way to make everything easy.

My friends and could not believe the service that we received here. Excellent food, great coffee and a staff that could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Thanks Richard, we all look forward to coming back again.

As a Canadian booking in Canada at a Canadian resort, I strongly resent being charged in US$. Although we had a great experience and great service, we will not be returning to this hotel on a point of principle. I have to deal with multiple currency exchange fees when I travel abroad and I accept that, but not in my... More

Thank you for your review. I understand your frustration. VI is a US company that accepts payments in Canadian dollars for cash transactions but credit card transactions are settled in our US office. As an accommodation to persons wanting to pay all transactions in Canadian dollars, we discount our prices to equalize them in relation to the USD-CAD exchange rate.... More

Bad. Richard seems nice but when you have a problem, he doesn't care to listen. Breakfast is very small. Not even plain toast with butter or banana exc. bed was hard. The lodge is a good ways away from the village. I just wish the breakfast was better and Richard would listen to you.

Beautiful hotel excellent service and breakfast for the price of the "resort fee". The only complaint I have were the pillows were horrible and some of the towels had stains on them. Other than that great location to the village.

We spent two nights at the Pinnacle Lodge recently and we quite honestly weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at how hospitable the resort Manager Richard was - from greeting us at the door upon arrival, helping us for over an hour with the Wi-Fi and our electronic devices to preparing our breakfast in the morning. He... More

My husband and I stayed at the Pinnacle Lodge this summer for one full week to enjoy the cooler weather away from North Carolina. Our stay was amazing, relaxing, and everything was conveniently accessible. The staff was equally amazing, helpful, and very friendly. Breakfast was great and full of variety. Hot breakfast, warm muffins, cereal, toast, fruit, etc. were available... More

My dad, father-in-law and I stay in Pinnacle for a weekly hunting trip in Sun Peaks area. The resort manager, Richard, was very nice and welcoming. We stayed in room 11. The main bed was a queen-size bed which was good, but a king-size would be great. The pull-out coach was close to the heat, so it's in fact warmer.... More

The room (17, north end of the main building) was great -- bigger-than-kingsize bed, fireplace, bar fridge, high ceiling, and a balcony with a nice view of the mountain. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Richard (manager) and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The resort fee was worth it -- single selection, hearty, hot breakfast & afternoon... We took advantage of good deal through travel zoo and stayed at the Pinnacle Lodge in Sun Peaks for 3 days, it turned out to be a good choice. Our 3 days there were peaceful, enjoyable and it provided a very back to nature like feeling that was all around us. The breakfasts were part the deal and overall they... More
