Went there in the shoulder season. No heat first off. There was no staff so nobody was able to help. The room looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 80s. And the bed might have been good for Fred Flintstone but I would have like something that was softer and not convex.

First, let me premise this by saying we picked this hotel through Interval time share and is the only time share available through Interval. Second, May to mid June is between the winter and summer high seasons. Unlike Whistler’s “slow” season during these months, Sun Peaks is pretty much near a ghost town. Unless you’re an addicted to golf, one... More

Customer service was fine however no ice machine, wifi costs extra, parking is extra. Rooms are clean, quite and comfortable but bit dated. Nice location and Sun Peakes is great place to plan summer and winter.

Do not usually write reviews(truly) but felt compelled to let travellers know about the Heffley Inn. Ski Locker Upon arrival we were told that we needed to store our skis in the "ski locker" downstairs and each "ski locker" held 1 pair of skis - and you needed a lock - we are here for a ski race and have... We walked in to the hotel to find no one at the front desk. Eventually someone showed up. This guy was like the guy from National Lampoons European Vacation!! First he told us he didn't have the right room. We told him we would wait for ours to be clean. He said his staff already went home! Then he said... More

We stayed here with family as a surprize and were not too pleased. The rooms were dated/old and felt very cheap - there was not even conditioner in the room. Our shower head had about 1/2 the water spraying from the top, soaking the roof and everything outside of the shower. The beds were hard and the springs could be... More

Nice comfortable rooms. Beds a bit hard but some like that. Great customer service and very polite staff . Ski in and out was very cool. Lots of choice in restaurants close by. Be sure to check out the chocolate shop and try the garlic chilli peanut brittle

My boyfriend and I came here after seeing a special on living socials. The employee at the front desk (Marlita?) was extremely helpful. We stayed a total of two nights and three days. The hotel was close to the runs which was very convenient for us as we had to carry our boards. The kitchen was small, but had all... More

very well greeted by Manfred, quiet location , very clean and comfortable bed. There was a little hiccup with the hot tub, but was resolved by second night.Underground parking was optional for a $10 per night, well worth it since it was snowing quite heavily. First night for the restaurant, but we had all ready made other dinner plans. The... More

We booked this hotel as a last minute accommodation for our race weekend up at Sun Peaks. Our room was very comfortable and large. Big bed, fireplace, kitchen, nice bathroom. More than we had expected. Location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the heart of everything. The front desk were beyond accommodating. We arrived late Friday night and they... More
