We return to this same site year after year, my husbands been going since he was a boy! The grounds are small and kid friendly, they just roam around all day. Or we swim in the pool which is very all that crowded. The owners are lovely people who welcome us back with open arms and gave done do since... More

We have stayed at the KOA in revelstoke before and It wasnt nearly as bad as here. The highway is about 100 feet from the tree line. The service is absolutely terrible. Nothing is even remotely close (which is why we stayed here) but it is noisier than my place in the city. I was yelled at for driving at... More

We were travelling on our way to the south Okanagan, we have camped in BC for 10 yrs and have stayed at many KOA campgrounds. We were surprised to be charged $6.00 per child over 10yrs old! We were travelling as a family, no extra kids. It made for an expensive stopover and we continue to wonder how our family... More

Pool and deck spacious and very clean. Kids spent hours in pool. Friendly staff. We checked in and paid $5.50 for bundle of firewood which they dropped off at our cabin later. Family of four we stayed in a one room cabin with 2 bunks and a double bed. There is an extra charge of $6.00 per child if they... More

The online koa booking didn't work as it was stuck on the 18th of June 2014 so I called to book instead & informed her of this she didn't apologize or even seem concerned about it which smacks of poor customer service, I booked 2 nights in a cabin for 2 adults and one child with a late check in... We were having too much fun on our road trip, and left finding a campsite too late. This campsite is very convenient to the highway, but VERY noisy all night long! Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews. The washrooms and showers are great, but if you need sleep, drive on.

Because we went after the labour day weekend we got there best site (75) which had a deluxe stone patio, patio table and chair, and brick fireplace. We were 1 of 5 campers there. There were plenty of long wide pull through sites with gravel/dirt pads and some green space. This site has bark mulch around the trees and garden... More

We stopped here overnight on our way to Calgary. The sites were small but still had some privacy. The pool was a good size and the kids had fun. The service at check in was friendly and efficient. We didn't hear any noise from the highway despite being in a tent trailer near that side of the campground. The bathrooms... More

The campground was OK except for the noise of trucks and trains all night long along Highway 1 !!! One suggestion woould be to have a hedge or some sort of wall to help block the noise from the highway. The number of trucks and trains have definitely increased in the last few years!

Campers are advised to wash their dishes in the same sink that the cleaning lady dumps the water she cleans the washroom and toilets with. As a second option, campers can use the laundry sink. NONE OF THOSE OPTIONS ARE PROPER FOR DISH WASHING. Although a designated stainless steel sink exist on the site, owner refuses to allow campers to... More
