We take a guys ski trip every year (for the last 5 years) and Panorama is our "go to" location. The skiing is normally very good in February when we go. The "runs" are challenging. The lift lines are usually light which allows us to ski more runs each day. The ski equipment they rent is better than average. The... More

I have been going here for years and highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to take a ski trip. The location is both romantic and family friendly with a beautiful view and village. The skiing/snowboarding is some of the best with a massive mountain and a huge range in runs. My favourite thing to do is ride the gondolas... More

We have stayed here several times in the shoulder season. Due to it being out of ski season we were not surprised and still enjoyed the area. Mountain bike rental is available. Gondola to transport from lower to upper village operates during peak season. Several pools and hot tubs. There are several cafes and pubs. A small store that is... More

We were given a gift for our 25 th anniversary for two nights accommodation and one round of golf at Grey Wolf- the golf experience was fantastic but the accommodations were very disappointing. It took three different rooms and buildings to find anything above a three star and the central booking staff were less than interested until they finally just... More

Hi CaboHeather, Sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. My guess is you were given a gift with accommodation in our budget accommodation in the Pine Inn. The Pine Inn is great for anyone looking for budget accommodation in a fantastic location, but it's not for everyone. If you make it out again for a visit I'd... More

Me and my friends go here every year on new years to ski. The hill is by far the most interesting ski hill in Canada. My experience is that the snow is good most of the time, however on my most recent visit, the resort got 14 inches of snow in one week and I have never had so much... More

Great summary of the mountain! In addition to everything you mentioned we now have a new beginner area named the Discovery Zone. We installed a new chair (the Discovery Quad) this summer and it's ready to go for opening day. The Discovery Zone has been totally re-shaped and flattened making the beginner experience at Panorama even better. Hope to see... More

Spent two nights here recently with the primary goal of golfing at Greywolf. it was a stay and play package. Couldn't book the 'package' deal from the village as they said they had no access to the golf course info even though the package was advertised on a big poster in the lobby. they did get us on the phone... We visited Panorama, BC during the Labor Day long weekend and I must say our stay at the Panorama Mountain Village was a most enjoyable and relaxing experience. The staff is composed mainly of young backpacker-type fun people who – as we’ve been told – work all summer and into the winter to have easy access to one of Canada’s... More

Haha - I love the colour you injected into your review! I'm glad you enjoyed the Pine Inn. It's not for everyone (as you can see by some of the other reviews) but great if you want a simple room in a fantastic location at a great price. You should give the Riverbend townhomes a try next time. They're a... More

This was our first trip to Panorama. It was nice and small. You really are quite limited unless you drive somewhere. I don't doubt it is much more exiciting in the winter during ski season :) As we arrived late at night after a long drive we found the layout quite confusing (especially if you are staying at the Pine... Obviously this is a ski resort so their prime season is winter. Summer is second place. Several of the retail outlets were closed and the gift shop was low on product and geared to mountain bikers. However our unit was quiet comfortable and relaxing. We were simply looking for downtime and we got it. Good service and friendly staff. BBQs... More

My wife and I recently spent a weekend at Panorama Resort. The Accommodations were terrible, dirty, loud and in need of a major renovation, the restaurant (Fireside Grill) was the worst dinning experience we have had in years and price way too high for poor quality food and service. Overall Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
