The location has to be the only reason people stay here. The management know they will get guests however bad the service I guess. Staff have little resort knowledge, awful customer service and are pretty unhelpful. Rooms not particulary clean and when asked if they had non feather pillows for allergies had to be chased multiple times for an answer... More

We spent 5 days here in mid august and loved it. Rented a condo at the springs. It was close to the hot pools easy access for the kids which made it nice. Lots to do in the village between mountain biking or hiking you can fill your day. Rooms were really clean and views amazing. Only hiccup was we... More

We spent 8 days in Panorama, staying at 1015 Horsethief Lodge, which is composed of many townhouse/condo type buildings. The property was very nice, well-used, and close to many attractions. There were 4 adults and two children; one 5 years old and the other just over 2. There was plenty of room for everyone, although there was a lot of... More

The Pine Inn is the one of the origional properties at this resort and it shows. This hotel would be suitable for a bunch of kids hitting ski hill and wanting to share a cheapish room. We paid 90/night for this room, I wouldnt pay 40 after having seen it. The 5pm check in was unusual and a bit inconvienent... More

I'm glad to hear that our staff were able to turn around your experience for you and that you enjoyed yourself after you got settled. The Pine Inn is a budget experience and great for some but not all. I'm glad we were able to get you in acceptable accommodations in the end. All the best, Scott M More

We just came back from Panorama and had a great time. As a previous reviewer said: "Make sure you know exactly what type of room you are booking before you arrive". I should have listened... I booked through the 1-800 number and asked what suite would accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and two kids (6 and 8). She... More

Thanks for taking the time to review Panorama. We pride ourselves on the quality of our kids programs so I'm really glad to hear that you and (especially) your kids enjoyed them. I've passed along your feedback about your reservation experience to the manager and we'll certainly use that to improve our service going forward. Thanks again and hope to... More

What a great for a family vacation. This place has it all! Stay on resort and you have access to great pools that offers 2 waterslides! There not too deep for the kids to enjoy from 10am-10pm (waterslides open from 12pm-8pm). There is also a fun free gondola to get you from the lower village to the upper which gives... More

Was hesitant to book here based on some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, but couldn't walk away from the low prices for the August long weekend. There are a number of hotels on the property that rank from very low budget, to high end suites. We stayed at the Pine Inn, a low budget option. While the rooms were... More

Thanks for the feedback Manila. The Pine Inn is our "no frills" accommodation with a world class location that we're able to offer at a great price. I'm glad to hear that the room met your expectations and was clean throughout your stay. Thanks again. Scott M More

The price for this "village" was way too high for what you get. We statyed in the horsetheif part of the hotel. These rooms were last updated in the 80's. There was a drinking water advisory that the staff neglected to advise the quests, unless you think of putting one piece of paper on one door was warning enough for... More

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. That's certainly not what we strive for and it's not the feedback we get from most of our guests. I can assure you that the rooms have been updated since the 80's ... All the best, Scott M More

So I always read tripadvisor prior to booking anything and I always look at family reviews and I know that not everyone has the same expectations when traveling or on vacation. I am normally either prepared for the deal I just got or I'm happier then expected.. I'm rarely let down because I feel I've been informed ahead of time... More

Thanks for the great feedback Sojie! Sounds like you had a great vacation. I'm glad to hear that the construction didn't cause you any problems. You should come back in the winter and try out the new chairlift! All the best, Scott M More

There was no indication of construction going on at the time of my reservation so we felt very cheated upon our arrival. We had to listen to construction noise all day by the pool and that's not how I want to spend my vacation! On top of the construction we were booked into room 109 at the springs and it... More

Hi Carlos, I'm sorry to hear that you felt cheated. We looked up your reservation and noticed that you received a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit after you complained about the noise in 109. You booked on the Family Mountain Fun package and your room rate was $170/night. Your nightly charges were a little higher than that because... More
