Great place to stop for the nite . Staff very friendly, even had an escort to room where they opened the door for us. Not much to it, but very clean and comfortable and affordable! Cute and whimsical, will use again when passing thru. Didnt use any other spots in town, but easy to find!

They had advertised rate $60, but charged me $90, and would not budge. My check in time was 11pm and leaving at 7 am, and they didn't want me to use the shower. Room seemed clean but there was an odour. The young owner was very angry when I insisted on having the rate advertised on their sign. He told... More

First, the front desk attendant was waaaay beyond awesome...upbeat, friendly, hilariously funny, quirky, informed, smart, thoughtful...totally showed me *all* their different rooms & how to use the various room features, & *then* gave me the rundown on all the great places to eat in Cashe Creek. Then, the room itself is *perfect*!! In the best rendition of *tiny house* style,... More

We travel through Cache Creek several times a year and often need to stay there to break our drive. We've stayed at several of the motels-hotels and sure aren't impressed with any of them. This one, at least, gave us a reasonable sleep and seemed clean. Its along the highway so there is some highway noise. Its reasonably priced but... More

Couldn't drink the tap water. Bottle water they provided was left out in the heat. A/C didn't work properly and no communications from staff when the power went out. Some kind of hose left in the pool that took up a good portion of the deep end. No hot water in the shower and very little water pressure. Owners/operators appears... More

Pillows are hard as a rock. It is clean but some spots like the bathroom window need work. Floors creak really bad, not much water pressure in the shower. All in all next time i will just keep driving.Coffee is not good, but the thing that bugs me most is the person at the front counter could hardly speek english... More

I’m quite surprised at the high ratings for this property. Cache Creek is a shabby little town with drab little motels and this one is no exception. The property appears to have been built in the 1950’s and doesn’t appear to have ever been remodeled or significantly updated. Our room was a queen on the front side of the motel... More

When I first arrived they had a room for me and my pets and the carpet was still wet from just being cleaned. They advised me to keep my shoes on & keep my pets off the bed....No, I said, that is not acceptable. They gave me another room and gave that room to another poor soul. It was ok... More

Spent one night on our way through. Nothing fancy, the place is in need of some maintenance. The hostess was very nice, but I do not understand why the high ratings. I feel I'm being generous giving them a 3 .... should actually be a 2.5

We travel through Cache Creek at least every two months and have stayed at four other properties. One of them is way more expensive than it should be given what you are offered--the other three offer varying degrees of poorly kept accommodation--charging you for the privilege of mold, dirty carpets, mismatched furniture, broken furniture, noise air conditioners. This place is... More
