When we planned this trip , we had no idea what Canadian motels were like. There were quite a few that looked awful. I must say the photos for this motel did look a bit dark and dingy , but we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Pleasant people at check in. The motel is new , clean ,... More

Clean rooms, pleasant check in staff, I stay here regularly. It has your usual continental breakfast. The big rooms have real nice kitchen facilities, full size fridges and stoves. Even the small singles have those two burner fridge stove and sink combos withe a micro and coffee machine, unlike other places, here you get two coffee packs. No partiers and... More

This is the best place to stay in Burns Lake, but you'll need a vehicle as it is a walk from downtown. The complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC and flat screen tvs. Good value for the money. The restaurant beside it is hit and miss however.

We had a lower level room, so we could park right outside our door. The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided continental breakfast at the office and the staff were helpful. This is a good budget choice for lodging.

This is your typical basic motel. Clean and priced right. Continental breakfast was definitely LESS THAN...guess if you were starving!! Rooms were clean and gave us what we needed for a one night stay

Clean and quiet ( except for the air conditioner). Reasonably price includes simple continental breakfast. Located right on the highway, but set back far enough that traffic noise is no problem. Room is basic Motel room with TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker

I was looking for somewhere at the last minute to stay one night on business, and this place appeared on my radar. Driving from Prince George, it is on the outskirts of town. Check-in was quick and easy. The lady on reception was helpful. The room was quiet enough to get some sleep. If I had one complaint, it would... More

We were on a business trip and found that we had to stay over in Burns Lake due to inclement weather. We were treated professionally when we called to make a reservation. Our check in process was handled efficiently by friendly staff. Our room was very quiet, well lit and very clean. Had one of the best night's rest ever... More

I know this is the newest motel in Burns Lake but think that when they planned it, could have added a bit more space to the bathroom. We haven't stayed in their other motels in Smithers & Houston so not sure what they are like. First let me say that the front desk person was pleasant & there was lots... More

This place is rundown, dirty and Carpets are stained. Too bad this hotel is nothing like its others in Smithers and Huston. Big disappointment. As typing this I can hear someone in another room snoring. Front desk was pleasant. Free internet is adequate.
