Do not stay here. Whoever gives this hotel a positive review is likely as wasted as the other guests that stay here. There is no insulation and there was a small snowbank against the wall that has been there all winter. Freezing. Long black hairs around the room that clearly have been there for quite some time. We could only... More

This was the worst experiance I ever had. Wait our whole hockey team had. First of all if you do not like stairs you will not be happy, as there is one floor with stairs. If you like clean sheets, again you will not be happy. Our bed was full of hair and dirty messes (that I do not even... More

If you cannot climb stairs with a suitcase, make sure you book the main floor. Breakfast included but very limited Overall, good value for the money but know what you're getting, TV's are tiny, not the end of the world but it could be better.

The Alberta Inn and Suites was a surprise.Brand new and clean. Very quiet. Extremely pleasant staff and hosts. Our reservation was taken care of in a timely fashion. Was able to enter room immediately. Continental breakfast was good. All upstairs where rooms were. Very quiet. Would recommend to anyone staying in Wetaskawin. Most reasonably priced too.

My room was cold and the heater was loud as ever. Also it was not very clean. My blanket had stains on it and the coffee maker still had a coffee liner in it from a previous guest! There was no elevator so I had to haul up all my luggage and plus a baby in a car seat. The... More

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Don't know how anyone could give this hotel a good review unless they don't stay in many hotels. We went to a Xmas party in Wetaskiwin so the room was booked for us by the company. Lobby was so so. The sign by the stairs said "Remove dirty footwear... More

When I checked in and went to my room, I opened it and realized they had given me a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The bed was unmade as if someone had just slept in it and there towels on the floor. The second room they gave was also dirty. There was hair in the sink and the... More

I checked into this newest hotel in Wetaskiwin for 5 nights when doing a workshop at Maskwacis First Nation 15 minutes away. This is a clean and very comfortable hotel, the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel over any others in Wetaskiwin. Be sure to check out Huckleberry's Restaurant just down the road, superb food... More

The housekeeping was awful, had to constantly tell the front desk of issues with my room. No elevator, so if you have extra bags to carry, your climbing stairs. No local TV, asked the front desk about this, basically no response, he was too busy playing games on his computer. Overall, I'd only recommend this hotel if it was the... More

Check in was impersonal. Room smelled like smoke. Floors creak and walls are thin. Continental breakfast was cereal and toast. Wouldn't walk on carpets in room without shoes on. Over 2 nights I had 4 different face clothes and all were carefully folded to show a white side but all were soiled with make-up stains or other stains. Towels were... More
