Horrible old dirty place just gross. Will be checking out after tonight and booking somewhere else in town even if we have to pay double the rates. Definitely needs an upgrade....smelly old and dingy. This place is just not worth the discount.

Booked a king suite with jetted tub. Got to the overly noisy room to find a bathtub. Just a bigger bathtub. My booking said that I had a jacuzzi suite but don't pay the extra money. I liked the location. We came here for the races and its not a far drive. We ordered pizza and there is a few... More

Horrible place. Noisy at all times, either from the road, the cleaning staff or other guests. Only have rooms on the second floor with no elevator and an extra long flight of stairs - not great for carrying in your suitcases, or if you have bad knees. The main floor is stores. We had the liquor store right below our... More

The room itself was clean and had 2 good sized comfy beds. There's only one room on the main floor I assume is for those with limited mobility. Staff were very friendly. A long staircase takes you to the second floor where suites are situated at either end of the hallway. There are signs everywhere. To remove muddy footwear, no... More

we had booked the handicap room and were reassured on a least 3 times that the room had a roll in shower where i could drive my wheelchair in and transfer to a seat. After i make a reservation, i call back several times to ensure that the room meets my needs. upon arrival we were told that the room... More

Only one room on main floor. 28 steep stairs to climb. Not a good experience. The desk clerk was a sweetheart but she gave us the only room on the main floor we found out it was already booked but she gave it to us anyhow. We met the couple wbo had booked it and one was in a wheelchair.... More

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Alberta Inn. The beds were very comfortable and every night was a quiet and peaceful stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and our room was made up nicely each day. Our room had a mini fridge, flat screen TV, coffee maker and balcony. The continental breakfast had slim options... Do not stay here. Whoever gives this hotel a positive review is likely as wasted as the other guests that stay here. There is no insulation and there was a small snowbank against the wall that has been there all winter. Freezing. Long black hairs around the room that clearly have been there for quite some time. We could only... More

This was the worst experiance I ever had. Wait our whole hockey team had. First of all if you do not like stairs you will not be happy, as there is one floor with stairs. If you like clean sheets, again you will not be happy. Our bed was full of hair and dirty messes (that I do not even... More
