Stayed in Vermilion last night . Nice quiet town . This hotel was recently renovated nice restauraunt , and the rooms were unique . Storage shelves big enough to fit the luggage , and the king wasn't bad . Reasonable rates . Only thing no wake up calls but the alarm does the trick . Wifi worked good to accommodate... More

I was greeted by a welcoming guest services member. Had no issue finding my room after I signed that I would not smoke in my room. After walking into my room, I had to put on my winter jacket and toque while I looked for a thermostat. After finding a heating unit in the corner, it was turned off. Not... More

I see this place already has terrible reviews. so Ill keep this short The rooms were FILTHY. There were larvae bugs in the corners of the carpet and on the shower curtain. The walls were disgusting and had stains all over them that could have easily been wiped off. goes to show you how well they wipe things down. There... More

Reading the prior reviews I still booked and was not disappointed. It's Vermilion folks :) I don't have high expectations :) Clean room for the most part, they could run the vacuum cleaner a little more often. When booking via telephone they seem a little bit terse but it is more of a cultural thing that you will realize when... More

Had to find a room at 11:30 at night. All larger places in lloydminster were full, super 8 was full in vermilion, so I called the Brunswick and they had a room available. Check in lady was nice and friendly. It's definitely an older place somewhat fixed up, but at that time of night, I didn't really care. Room was... More

At first we were not quite sure about this hotel but found the atmosphere very comfortable and the service friendly. The room was clean and everything worked quite well. The hotel is at the start of the historic downtown of Vermilion which is a pleasant walk. There are many walking and bike paths around the area. The hotel got to... More

Service was appalling. Rooms were newly renovated but poorly cleaned, dirty. House keepers turned heat completely off during the day during the dead of winter, -25, presumably to save money. Owner is rude. Reserves rooms at one rate, then charges a ridiculous higher one Once you've arrived and checked in. They take advantage of hockey families and crews that have... More

After reading reviews, I was unsure what to expect with this hotel and walking in the newly renovated lobby was a nice surprise. The rest of the hotel (hallways & rooms) were not as fancy, but modern and clean. The room was adequate for the amount of time we spent in it, but would be crowded if there were more... More

The worst place I have ever stayed, and the only reason I booked here is because the Super-8 was full. Reserved a single king-got two doubles, had to lug all my stuff back downstairs to search for staff, again, to get the room I needed. Terrible customer service-could never find a person to check in or out. Sat in the... More

Stayed here for work, the rooms are clean while the bathroom is dated its clean the shower has good pressure, room has a fridge but a microwave is in the hall. Only two real complaints are with the front desk staff, sometimes they are friendly and helpful and sometimes not so much, and the price at 120 a night I... More
