I wasn't sure what to expect being in Vermilion for the first time, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel seems to be newly renovated, and the rooms were spacious and clean. My husband and I tried out the Aria restaurant and the food was quite good with fair prices. Overall I would stay here again... More

Stayed here December 2014 From the outside it looks like an old building, all concrete. Not a great deal of parking it seemed unless you park on the road. Inside, the rooms have been modernized and appear to be updated. The bed (king sized) was comfortable and the linens were fresh. Large TV, fridge / freezer, microwave and coffee machine.... More

Nice place, all good. Looks to have recently undergone significant face lift, rooms nice, good tv pkg, has lounge and restaurant. Continental breakfast was included. Front desk staff did good. Not hard to find or very far off Yellowhead highway 16.

Stayed here once, years ago, and was cringing when I found out the Super 8 was booked. The Brunnie has recently undergone renovations, and to be honest, I was a bit surprised at the state of the place. The rooms are fairly spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower has good pressure, the water is clean, the A/C and... More

Stayed in Vermilion last night . Nice quiet town . This hotel was recently renovated nice restauraunt , and the rooms were unique . Storage shelves big enough to fit the luggage , and the king wasn't bad . Reasonable rates . Only thing no wake up calls but the alarm does the trick . Wifi worked good to accommodate... More

I was greeted by a welcoming guest services member. Had no issue finding my room after I signed that I would not smoke in my room. After walking into my room, I had to put on my winter jacket and toque while I looked for a thermostat. After finding a heating unit in the corner, it was turned off. Not... More

I see this place already has terrible reviews. so Ill keep this short The rooms were FILTHY. There were larvae bugs in the corners of the carpet and on the shower curtain. The walls were disgusting and had stains all over them that could have easily been wiped off. goes to show you how well they wipe things down. There... More

Reading the prior reviews I still booked and was not disappointed. It's Vermilion folks :) I don't have high expectations :) Clean room for the most part, they could run the vacuum cleaner a little more often. When booking via telephone they seem a little bit terse but it is more of a cultural thing that you will realize when... More

Had to find a room at 11:30 at night. All larger places in lloydminster were full, super 8 was full in vermilion, so I called the Brunswick and they had a room available. Check in lady was nice and friendly. It's definitely an older place somewhat fixed up, but at that time of night, I didn't really care. Room was... More

At first we were not quite sure about this hotel but found the atmosphere very comfortable and the service friendly. The room was clean and everything worked quite well. The hotel is at the start of the historic downtown of Vermilion which is a pleasant walk. There are many walking and bike paths around the area. The hotel got to... More
