Stayed here for a workshop, check in and service generally was fine, room was nice enough and nice and new, bed was comfortable, catering was fine, wireless fast enough - generally pretty average with pretty exorbitant prices. Don't expect five star as its not but its pretty ok for what it is Rob

Stayed here on business for a few nights. Liked the modern decor, the spaious room, the decent breakfast choice and a good sized gym most of all. It was just another big, new hotel, but everything was pleasant and I didn't encounter any problems.

Stayed at the Best Western in Cold Lake last night, and it was all around pretty good. Room was a bit date, but it had a cool patio on the roof outside the room (Room 301). They provided us with an upgrade from the standard queen to a king suite (Diamond reward member). We ate at the Sawmill Restaurant. It... More

We visited The Best Western Cold Lake Inn just a few weeks ago and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, professional front desk staff who quickly checked us in. As we were going up to our rooms, we couldn't help but notice how clean and fresh the whole facility... More

The staff at Best Western Cold Lake Inn were superb in accommodating a customer's changing travel plans (twice!). I would like to especially thank June (the manager) and Shirley (a most helpful front desk customer representative). The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Booked for 3 nights on a business trip. Stayed in a room in the old Bee Jay Motel side. Rooms are comfortable with all the appropriate ammenities. Bed was comfortable but could be a little soft if staying longer. Good TV, fridge, microwave, coffee, A/C. Good WiFi throughout the stay. Bathroom/shower was spacious enough (great water pressure in the shower).... More

Stayed here for two nights in June in a suite in the detached area and for four nights in the main part. Both were good, although it was noisy in the main building (first floor) not from other patrons but there are trucks (guest vehicles)parked right outside the rooms that are VERY noisy in the early morning. I guess it's... More
