Stayed here with my husband and his parents while visiting Cold Lake for the weekend. Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. Nothing to write home about, but a comfortable place to crash. Pool was out of comission while we were there, which was a dissapointment, but not a big deal. Staff were polite. Wish they had the free continental breakfast... more

a good basic no frills room. I found it clean and it had plug in internet. No free breakfast but hey it's cheap enough. more

The hotel was clean and well-kept, with a decent gym and in a great location for restaurants and nearby shops. I had a good time, but the one thing that ruined my trip was the smoke detector in my room. Upon checking in, I noticed a sign in the bathroom saying, "Sensitive smoke detectors, please shower with the door closed."... more

The room was okay but staff did not mention that there was a continental breakfast and I must say I was disappointed in it. There was a few muffins, juice,coffee and toast but no fresh fruit. However the attached pub had the best steak I have had in a long time. The meal was cooked to perfection. The baked potato... more
