We were 5 friends on our ski vacation and decided to stay on UCPA Tignes based on a good experience I had in other UCPA centers. Sadly our experience this time was poor. There are rooms of 4 people in each room. Every two rooms share a toilet and a shower but it is in a hall outside the room... More

This is my first ski vacation, so i can't compare it to anything... The UCPA Tignes had some great reviews on line so we went for it without second thoughts. The problem start with the rooms, it feels more like a small labor camp, might be the leftovers from the times when they built the resort, the rooms are very... More

Full board as a big group. Room was cramped for four people but was nice to have balcony and large personal locker. Shower and toilet shared between to rooms. Our shower head bracket was broken. Very nice staff. Food was varied - sometimes very good, sometimes stodgy. But plentiful as it was a buffet 150m from the bottom of 5... More

If you are young and like skiing... it is cleaerly the place to be in Val d'Isère Rooms are a bit crowded but the value for money is unbeatable... Location is great, staff is cool and friendly. Great place to ski alone or with friends

UCPA is very good value for money. The food is plentiful & with lots of options. Take your own mug, if you like tea in a cup rather than a bowl. Rooms cramped & basic, with one shower & toilet between 8 (2 rooms of 4 sharing). Make sure you take your own towels & a double socket, as there... More

Having stayed in a variety of Ski Hostel type places I was used to the limited space. This however is manageable and for the price totally acceptable. Ideally located, with a short and somewhat precarious walk to the ski slopes. The food was pretty amazing considering it cost so little (alot more cost effective than eating out). Buying drinks can... More

11 friends of mine came along with me back in January to experience a week of skiing in Tignes and Val. As usual we booked through Action Outdoors and had a budget but awesome week. Usually we go to Chamonix but decided to spice things up and try something new. The main things about UCPA were brilliant - the food,... More

This was my first experience staying at a UCPA and it really was fantastic. I was slightly nervous about going on a solo ski holiday, but by the end of the week I had forgotten that I had arrived on my own. From taking lessons, meal times and sharing a dorm room it is a great environment to meet people.... More

I didn't really want to go to an all inclusive ski holiday, however, it was great. The food was good and varied (steaks, veal, mussles, veg) which was the biggest surprise. It was located minutes away from the slope, and it is high up in the valley meaning not far to travel to go to the top. Tignes for skiing... More
