Not so expensive, rather clean and tidy. Food quiet tasty for this price, not all available (e.g. indor pool or jacuzzi). Service is quite friendly, though sometimes "non-oriented" (sic!) and bored (by the outside pool). Lots of noisy kids/youth tour group. Besides - the tolerable place to stay. We were there in August 2013.

We went there with all-inclusive package. When we arrived at 2 p.m the rooms weren't ready. The food was terrible, not to many choices, food remaining from lunch was found again at dinner, drinks were unacceptable. Rooms were not clean, the sheets were smelly and full of dust, the towels were ripped and dirty. Indoor swimming pool was closed all the... More

It was our first time to Bulgaria. I didn' t have a lot of expectation, we had booked the voyage just a few days before and I realise now why we had found places. Because the good hotels had already been booked for a long time. Good points: clean rooms and surroundings but the towels not changed for 5 days(the... More

We found the Aurora hotel to be excellent. The rooms were spotless, with the staff even refolding our childrens pyjamas to perfection and neatly placing them on the bed! Whilst sitting by the pool we could see cleaners at work, windows were rubbed down each day, floors mopped, even the balconies dusted down. The staff were always courteous, and always... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 long weeks, although it was clean and all the staff where friendly the food was recycled from lunch to dinner and so on, it cannot by any stretch of the imagination be rated at 4 stars, somebody must have bribed a drunken Bulgarian assessor to award them this rating we reckon 2 star... St Konstantin is a lovely resort various things to do and not to hectic like the larger towns. Hotel Aurora for us was a total let down, we were in the villa annexe which was pleasant and the rooms were clean. But we found most of the staff quite rude and could not even acknowledge you when you thanked them,... More
