I was moved to the Hotel Berlin Golden Beach when my reservation with Kaliakra palace was cancelled. I made a reservation through the site Motoroads.com. Instead of booked twin beds I got a single bed, sea view was replaced with a side sea view. It was stinky odor from the bathroom. The food was terrible, no fresh juices, no salads... more
Booked 3 non smoking sea facing rooms with balcony...Got 3 Very Basic smoking rooms facing CAR PARK on 5th floor which stunk of meat cooking at 3 in the morning...Met the ''manageress'' who had a really bad attitude (as did all the staff) the next morning.
