We returned yesterday from our third visit in the 4 years this hotel has been open. The staff are all very pleasant and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Just befor I left, I read the last reviews.... and got scared. Cautious, I took it into consideration. NOT THE CASE!!! The food was varied and great. We are a family of five, split between two rooms. The hotel made sure our rooms were adjacent, although no adjoining doors. Good start! The rooms were clean and comfy but nothing exceptional. Just returned from 2 weeks at the Bolero. Excellent Hotel, staff could not be more helpful. Entertainment team (Animation as they call it ) worked their socks off all day .
