We have just returned from Bulgaria, the Hotel Kristal is a great Hotel. It was always kept clean & tidy. Food was great, plenty of choice. Staff were friendly & very helpful, especially the porter and "Nickolai" the barman. Rooms are big, hotel itself very quiet. We will be going to the Hotel Kristal again soon. more
