Arrived at Kavkaz about 1am ,geeting us was literally to give us keys & tell us room 301 that was it they told us nothing we payed all inc aswell but they don,t care once they have your cash.went to room it was really nice quite big & very clean. Went onto balcony oh my god what a horrid site...

dont like the british holday makers,the alinclusive is what you pay for not much choice in the restaurant or bar staff very unhelpful bar at pool side doesnt like you sitting in her area as this is her bar area which you have to pay for dont use the umbrellas she takes them down when a little windy .allinclusive finishes...
