The whole experience with the hotel started bad, when we arrived at around 16:00 and were told that the check-in would be done in about 2 hours because they allowed somebody else a late check-out ( most probably by charging them ). This hotel was really a 3* pretending to be a 4*. The room pillows were like stone, the towels like sand paper and you could not get hot water during 3pm - 9pm. Complained to the Manager and Thomson Rep, but they did not care. Stay here at your own risk. more
