I went there for a short visit a week ago and I must say it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Bulgaria. The building is beautifuk, location - convenient and ambience - amazing. Definitely going back there! more

This was my first trip to Bulgaria. 5 friends and I stayed in Sunny beach for a week in Imperial Hotel. We loved it! The hotel was better than expected and exactly what we were looking for: the rooms were very nice and spacious, the house keeping was at a high level, the stuff was polite, all spoke english and... more

Hotel in general was nice, but the all inclusive restaurant was poor. The food was boring and tasteless. They served skinny rabbit as warm dish several days. Location was great for us. Close to the beach and some distance from the most vibrant centre. Taxi from hotel to centre cost apprx 9 Euro. The small roadtrain was 1,5 Euro pr... more

We booked an all inclusive 7 night holiday at the Imperial and boy oh boy did we have an 'experience'. So much to say so I'll break it up:- LOCATION: The Imperial is at the far Southern end of Sunny Beach, away from the hustle & bustle of the main strip (think Blackpool but a little sunnier) and in a... more

The hotel is beautiful, however tea & coffee were only served at breakfast time, no tea is available at any other time! Coffee is served between 2-5pm in the snacks hut but tasted like tar. Coffee can be brought at the main bar which seeing we went all inclusive I thought was a tad cheeky. The food was fine &... more

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Imperial hotel, and whilst the hotel is beautifully decorated (Egyptian theme), and the rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, we were not at all impressed by the food and total lack of entertainment. The bar is very small.. only one person serving, very few seats, and long queues... more

This hotel definately should not be 4*! Ok, it is nicely decorated, bu that's where it all ends. We book AI but regretted it immediately on the first dinner. There was no fresh meat, lot's of frozen stuff (fishfingers, chicken kiev), mush potatos are from the carton and menu is all the same day after day. We were unfortunate to... more
