we booked 2 rooms AI the first look was great but we where told it was sunny beach but it was 5 km away most of the staff were bad mannered to the english the hotel catered for germans and dutch. if you didnt tip the bar staff you get left and they served others first .the mantinace did not... more

Worst hotel ever! When I got to the hotel at 2am in an all-inclusive basis they received me with a picnic (to substitute the dinner… normal in any hotel). It just happens that the picnic just had food… no drinks what so ever!!! If you want to drink… you had to take them from the minibar and pay for it!!!... more

Awful services, would definitely not go back there again Room OK, but the restaurant was terrible. The food had a particular smell, we all got stomachaches while staying there and then ate only toast. Beware of their food! Room with sea view is Ok (large and clean) but bed was dirty. The hotel was new, but has been constructed carelessly. The Imperial hotel is beautiful! I believe it is a new hotel only open this year and it shows everything is immaculate!
